Came round initially to our house and explained different options available really well and measure up. We got an estimate back quickly and the blinds have been fitted within a couple of weeks. Really professional and helpful. Blinds looks great we opted for perfect fit on a few windows and they look good, very modern.

Really helpful from start to finish. Friendly and great at answering questions. Did a brilliant job and left everything cleaner than they found it!

I had 3 tiny roof windows at my holiday let in Burnsall that needed customised black out blinds made to prevent the early morning summer light coming in for my guests. They did a superb job and they work like a dream.

North Blinds have exceeded my expectations and I'm delighted with everything they've done. They've supplied and fitted roman blinds, innovative blinds for my patio doors and curtains too. The fact no hard sell given time to think about it, all questions answered while here and after by message. The way they do business was thoroughly explained and no pressure applied once decision was made everything happened exactly as informed then installation again Chris came and was lovely as I am disabled he took care of everything result amazing if you want a first class service by great people look no further this is all that and more. Polite professionals brilliant service.

The North Blinds team were excellent from start to finish, suggesting a type of blind for one set of windows that we had not considered. We are so pleased with our new blinds and will be using North Blinds again.

While Lucas was measuring up at a neighbour’s we asked him to pop in and give us a quote for some kitchen blinds. Fast forward two weeks and we have a couple of lovely venetian blinds and a clever door blind fitted. Faultless service, friendly, great products and competitive pricing add up to a first class package. Will definitely use North Blinds again.

Did a great job on my mother's house. Clear explanation of product range and function, all staff were friendly, professional and polite, and the fitter even demoed how the varying types of blind my dear old mum selected work. (Spoiler, they work GREAT. Extra 90 minutes sleep is appreciated.) Absolutely A+ work all round. Great company, great work, great service altogether.

Firstly the blinds are what we wanted & we are happy with them but that's where it ended.
We had our blinds fitted on a Sat afternoon & received a text 3hrs later requesting final payment. We asked that a full invoice be posted to us as we didn't have a printer. A text was then received stating that his profit margin would be down from £50 to £25 as we had asked for the invoice to be posted? We found this surprising & so decided to have the invoice sent by e mail & would, at our own cost, find somewhere to have it printed off. We didn't think we were being unreasonable asking for an invoice.
When this was received we paid the bill the day after.
A warranty was received by e mail but it was for a Mr H from Threshfield - not us. We made North Blinds aware of the data breach but received no reply.
In all we have been saddened that what started out as a pleasant experience left a nasty taste in the mouth.
