Excellent service from start to finish great product

From the beginning of the new blind journey, to the end, Northblinds were fantastic.

Lucas first came to measure, take me through the different blinds and colours/patterns and quote. I originally had an idea of what I wanted, however, when Lucas started talking through the logistics and the costs behind it, I knew that my original thoughts maybe weren't that great! I really appreciated his honesty and keeping me, the customer, at the heart of the conversation and not thinking about, how to get a sale, how to increase the costs etc. I placed the order on the same day Lucas came to measure/quote and within 2-3 weeks, I got a message to say, your blinds are ready, can we fit them. I was kept up to date throughout (as often as you can be with such orders!) and I got the blinds fitted before Christmas.
Chris who came to fit the blinds was so chatty and friendly and showed me each blind, in each room, to check I was happy with them.

I usually sort my own blinds/curtains out, so I didn't know what to expect and perhaps was a little cautious at first from a cost and control perspective! Lucas immediately put me at ease and within 5 minutes of meeting him, I knew I had made the right decision to get someone, and that that someone was Northblinds, to fit them for me, and point me in the right direction of what to get etc.

I would recommend Northblinds to anyone, and actually did recommend them to my mum and dad, who have also placed an order.

Service from beginning to end absolutely excellent. Efficient, kept up to date with order and fitting times. Cannot rate them highly enough - and also excellent value for money. Would definately use again.

Excellent and efficient service provided by Northblinds. The company were very easy to deal with and responded immediately to any queries. Our bay window on a 1930's house with uneven walls and window recesses required knowledge and skill in fitting. The end result looks amazing and transforms the room!

I couldn't be happier with the price, the quality of my blinds, the fitting service and the customer service. I have already booked them to carry out further work. I cannot recommend highly enough. Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

I would highly recommend North Blinds. I initially requested a quote which Lucas provided and then Chris came to fit the blinds. Excellent service! Lucas came to our house to show us different samples and recommended which blinds would look nice in our bay windows. We went with white wooden Venetian and they arrived within a few weeks. We are thrilled with our blinds. They are good quality and look lovely in our bay windows in our living room and bedroom. I would definitely recommend. Thank you for making the whole process very easy!
