I ordered twice from this company and they’ve sent me the wrong pouches each time.
Then they want me to do their job for them by sending pics of what I received, what I wanted..
Very poor customer service avoid this company.

I think they also own Haypp, but don't bother. I paid for the better option of UPS delivery, and no that everything needs to be signed for, the drivers don't even bother to ring the door bell anymore. Even on redeliveries you've set up. Totally useless. This is after using Haypp with DPD who after 3 occasions took a photo of "my front door" they tried. Hint, it wasn't my front door.

Ordered 5 days ago. Got an email saying they can't fulfil my order and will take upto 14 days to refund my money.

Also, ich muss hier noch einmal eine Lanze für Northener brechen: Ich bestelle dort seit mehreren Jahren, und seitdem die Firma umstrukturiert wurde, läuft alles noch reibungsloser (allerdings kann ich aus rechtlichen Gründen nicht mehr direkt nach Belgien bestellen). Meine Nikotine-Pouches werden kurz nach der Bestellung an meine Zweitadresse in Deutschland geliefert. Die Ware war bisher immer einwandfrei und ich hatte nichts zu beanstanden. Ich kann die Firma wirklich empfehlen.

Nach Kauf eines Produktes, tagelang keine Bestellbestätigung, bis heute nicht. Nach Anfrage keine Antwort.

In hindsight I wish I would have read the new reviews first.
A shady company at best. I placed rather large orders for american chewing tobacco three times over the course of maybe four years. Not a single shipment arrived. Due to lack of transparancy in the shipping process it was not possible to reconstruct the whereabouts of the shipment. Customer support doesn‘t really do anything exept tell you to wait.
Maybe it‘s my fault for having ordered AGAIN, but the new website explicitly stated shipping worldwide so I assumed improvements had been made. This is not the case. This company is as bad as ever! I strongly advise you to NOT do business with them.

Ive been ordering from northener.com for 2 from the UK, all of a sudden I cant order anything as is keeps asking for proof of age and won't accept my details, have asked what the problem is and don't get much response. Northener have now deleted my account of which was close to becoming a silver member,which in turn I would have received discounts'. I would rather slice my face off turn it around and wear it for Halloween than order from these disloyal beeps.

Ich bestelle hier schon seit mehreren Jahren Snus, allerdings nur Ware, die aus Skandinavien verschickt wird. Bisher kamen die Artikel immer wie bestellt bei mir an. Auch das Bezahlen verlief reibungslos. Northener ist meiner Meinung nach sehr zu empfehlen.

Nu har jeg handlet der et par gange og det er sidste gang...de lover shipping indenfor 24 t dog tager det ca 4 ell 5 dg før det sendes og kundeservice,hvis du kan få fat på dem,trækker pengene inden varen er afsendt,samt giver dig en sludder for en sladder. Så hvis man vil vente 7/10 dg på en vare så kan man sagtens handle der...ellers så hold dig langt væk.
