Bought my new decking from them - took 7 months from order to installation. Work by the team was great, cleaned up the old mess and it looked fabulous.

A month later I notice the balustrades were no longer straight, the fixings were rusting and the top caps were falling off. The plastic coating had also started to peel too.

Contacted Ben Robinson, I can testify at least 10 times - it took 3 months for the team to return to review my observations - but they agreed with me - there was a quality issue with the decking.

So again I contacted Ben Robinson, very apologetic, promised to send the team round to fix. Let me say now, I have had his apologies 10 times, no one has been and its not sorted. You have been warned.

Seems the guarantee is on decking boards not the balustrades or workmanship.

I am not happy, they do not care, you have been warned.

Would like to thank the Northerdeckline Team in particular Darren, Richard, and Scott and his team for the installation of our fantastic decking. Even though there was some imperfections in the decking , the fault was sorted without any hassel or worry on our part. The service is outstanding from quotation to installation and I have no hesitation in recommending them. We would definitely use them again.

I would highly recommend Northern Deckline to anyone. From start to finish they were great. Their sales team aren't pushy they're just honest and up front. The team who came to lay our decking were brilliant, they really helped us by giving us some valuable insight on the day and tweaking the plan a little to maximise our space. Their work is excellent quality and they work fast. We love it.

I would definitely recommend Northern Decline.The service from start to finish was 1st class. Our garden was transformed by Martin and Daryl into something we thought could never be achieved.It looks amazing!! Martin & Daryl worked none stop for 5 days to get the job complete. Very polite and respectful, always the to answer any questions or give advice.

Curtis and Marvin did an excellent job of installing our decking and it looks fantastic. They left the place spotless and even briefly helped me with a couple of DIY jobs I was doing outside whilst they were there. Recommended!

This company were great, they did what they said, the rep Richard was friendly, not pushy and gave us a price on site which didn't change. It took a few more weeks than we thought initially for the materials to arrive but they were still very quick. The lads who built it were fantastic Steve and Ashley. They were very straight talking and even helped us with a very tricky corner that they found a solution to despite it being more work for them. I really recommend them and our new balcony looks fantastic.

My new deck is brilliant. Thank you to Northern Deckline. It is very good quality and looks stylish. It was simple to arrange a time to get a quote. No hard sell. Pricing was clear. Estimated 6 weeks, built deck in 4 weeks and completed the glass within 6 weeks as promised. Transformed a pretty but unusable sloping garden to a fantastic space with great views. Thank you to the installers who were lovely and professional and kept the place super tidy. I did not know this company and took a chance on them and I am glad I did.

We have had our composite decking fitted today. The whole process has been easy thoughout from the sales, survey and finally Steve and Ash who worked solidly with great attention to detail. Thank you to everyone involved.

I ordered my Decking a few months ago. Northern Deckline said I'd probably be waiting until January 2022, so I was delighted that they were able to bring that date forward to December 2021 (in time for Christmas). The lads that did the job were friendly and professional. The decking is top quality and looks great. Especially as it was installed over rough terrain. They cleaned up as they left the job, so no rubbish for me to deal with.

It rained (and was freezing cold), all the time the lads were on-site, so well done to them for working in those hard conditions.

I would strongly recommend Northern Deckline. A great job. Great decking, soon to have a summer-house built on top of it.
