Threatening, aggressive and have apparently lost my money
Sadly I was in arrears through losing my job, and communicated with Northridge finance to see if since thankfully now being back in full time employment o could work towards settling and making a dent in the arrears. I have been overpaying my contractual agreement by £130 pcm yet my arrears have somehow almost had £1200 added in the space of 8 months. I have no idea what they have done with the overpayments, they are not recorded on their paperwork, certainly impossible if they are working with an interest rate that adds this over 8 months. Its almost profiteering off someone trying to rectify arrears through a job loss to the point of now threatening repossession so and demanding I sign a voluntary waiver ânowâ without being able to answer where the excess funds have gone.
Threatening and rude on the phone and lack of any form of interpersonal skills, empathy or consumer rights.
Ombudsman contacted, will keep you updated.
Please use with caution not a great company to try to have a conversation with.

Absolutely awful firm
Absolutely awful firm. Missed one payment and was nearly forced into bankruptcy. Kept getting letters offering financial help but every time I rang and spoke to someone they were no help at all. One missed payment also went down as a missed payment every month on my credit record until it was payed. I wouldnât recommend Northridge to my worst enemy

NORTHRIDGE FINANCE INCOMPETENCE !
To be honest with you, Northridge Finance deserve NO stars in my opinion, because they are shambolic in their handling of a new finance agreement.
Northridge Finance displayed total incompetence in setting up a new finance agreement for my PCP.
I already had an existing policy and at the same time as I traded in my previous car, as I was striving for a cheaper monthly premium to pay, for a cheaper PCP agreement, I also moved home. My landlord was selling up so i had to move.
This morning I received a call from Northridge to discuss the so-called arrears, which is when I demanded to speak with the CEO'S Office.
My new PCP agreement was set up by the car garage where I purchased my new car and they liaised with me present with Northridge Finance . Equally informing Northridge of my change of address. Being a vulnerable O.A.P on State Pension, I budgeted for a lower priced vehicle and saved £111 monthly on my new arranged agreement.
All payments for my previous vehicle at my old address were up-to-date. Northridge were informed of my new vehicle and new address and on the 9th September 2024 my new premium started, one month after the setting-up of my new agreement. This was all set up by the Car Sales company. But on the 11th September I was sent a letter demanding 2 months payments for my previous vehicle, sent to my old address (I have 6 month redirection set up with the Post Office) but Northridge had already been informed of my change of address !!!
It is totally unacceptable that I am apparently living at two different places with two different vehicle.....WISEN UP FOR GOODNESS SAKE !!!!
THIS IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO EVALUATE !!!!
Like so many companies, there is obviously a drastic lack of rapport between departments within the working cogs of Northridge Finance.......TOTALLY SHAMBOLIC AND INCOMPETENT !!!
I will post another negative review in 48 hours and will continue to do so until I receive fair and just recompense for my totally unnecessary harrowing ordeal !!
