Excellent quality meat! Shipped fast and secure. I've been buying from them for years and never had an issue. Every cut is delicious.

I use the ground bison for everything you can think of and it's fantastic from burgers to tacos, soups, stews, pasta dishes... the list goes on an on. The jerky is amazing with the shortest ingredients list I've yet to find. Everything keeps well in the freezer too so I do at least a annual order for best pricing. Thank you!

I order Bison and Elk from these folks and it is always a good experience. The tell you when it will ship and when to expect your order to arrive. I made an order on a Wednesday and selected the Free shipping option. They quickly responded saying it would go out on the following Monday which is free shipping day. There are options for quicker shipping at a cost that they are up front about. Have ordered from them several times now.

I got the old world grind ground beef, ground bison, & ground elk because I've been told I needed to get more organ meats for my health issues. These grinds were a wonderful way to do that & what I've tried was good. Thank You Northstar Bison for these!
