We love Downpour- simply the best!
Ordering is straightforward and customer service is excellent. Very well-packaged for safe delivery.
Cannot fault the product or the company.

Rain or shine - definitely a place to drop in to, or even better arrange an organised tasting. We had a fantastic time in Benbecula, and they’re also dog friendly.

Very difficult to choose a favourite, but Downpour and Sloe and Bramble gins were great. For a pre-mixed negroni, it’s the best I’ve had.

Whisky on the way!

Excellent tour and gin tasting yesterday. Fascinating to see the developments, particularly in the whisky distilling.
Rona was helpful and informative and we thoroughly enjoyed hearing the details of the botanicals that went into each of the different gins.
The tour was excellent: Very professional from beginning to end and we learnt such a lot. And the gins were amazingly very different but equally delicious.
Thoroughly recommend a visit.

Excellent communication —It always feels like they know you as it’s always very personal.
The gin was packaged well and delivery was very quick via Royal Mail.

This small, personally - owned and family run business never fails to provide, post and deliver a first class experience to its clients and friends!
I know their gin is delicious and superior in the burgeoning " gin" field, but this company has the whole package, in my opinion.
The prompt arrival of their produce on my doorstep, together with the touch of a personal handwritten message never fails to bring me the fresh air of the Outer Hebrides, which in turn needs a glass raised to the star of the show, a cold, icy one from the distillery!

I ordered 2 boxes of Downpour minis in view of a very special Christmas lunch. The bottles travelled in their beautiful, and safely packed, boxes to Umbria in Italy. Fifteen people started enquiring, intrigued by the little minis scattered around the table on Christmas day...but nothing came out of my mouth. While the little colourful bottles of Downpour shined and sat patiently throughout the scrumptious meal, I made sure to keep their secret safe a little longer. Finally, after the last dessert bite had gone down, a presentation of the delicious Downpour collection began and the tasting of the minis officially started. Needless to say it was a great success with questions over the gin itself and various clumsy attempts to steal the bottles! Ah what a joy, thanks for your presence on Christmas day, it was a real pleasure to the palate, we should do it again soon!!
