It is always a pleasure to deal with my business manager at Norton insurance. It makes buying insurance easier because my business manager knows my needs and tailors the policy's accordingly. And the prices are always competitive. Everyone I have spoken to or dealt with are always polite and professional.

The whole process of arranging my Specialist Vehicle Policy was very easy, as in other years. Reece contacted me well in advance to remind me that the policy was due. It was still at an acceptable price and following payment by card all the essential paperwork was emailed to me that day. Job done!

Faisal Ali works really hard to secure the best deal. Always very attentive and polite and interested in you as a person have recommended Norton Insurance to my friends.

After issues last year with Norton not getting my cover right first time, the advisor this year, Guv, did an excellent job. Brought my renewal price down substantially by providing the cover I asked for.

My usual Norton contact David Akhtar has retired this year and I wish him a long and happy retirement. He looked after my vehicle insurance for a number of years. This year my renewal was dealt with by Melissa whom I found to be diligent, knowledgeable and very willing to look at alternative options to get the best deal she could for me. I have always found Norton to be a company that goes the extra mile for its clients and this year was no exception. David Akhtar is a hard act to follow but Melissa did excellently. Thank you.
