I was skeptical about ordering from this company just because I hadn't heard much about them. But was I wrong. I broke a souvenir after returning home from Norway and wanted to replace it. I took the chance and ordered two items. They arrived within a few days. One item was chipped the other fine. Each wrapped very well. I contacted company via email about the damaged item. They responded the next day apologizing and outlined my options. Each option was very fair. I chose replacement and that one was delivered in a few days free of charge and no shippingcharges on the replacement. This company not only had the original Norwegian items but handles everything very professionally, efficiently and timely. Would recommend

This is a Christmas present I give to myself each year. After having previously lived in Norway for 18 months, I love having a little bit of Norway with me every day.
