The way the author explains things feels motivating and real, and it honestly gives me hope that I can change my lifestyle for the better. Excited to continue this journey and learn more from him.

I always feel like I'm doing my researches on my own and hitting lot of hurdles but not I can finally discuss with like-minded people that want what's best for their own health and others health's too.

Not another healt guy gives helpful information that I couldn't find anywhere. My experience so far is great because everything is simple in the commynity and I'm ready to start! I have been feeling more and more tired and sick. My asthma has been nearly two years out of control and life is getting harder every day and it seems that nothing works for long.

good stuff, everybody needs to detox.

This is definitely a different experience when it comes to other health apps. I love how interactive it is. I just started this journey and it looks like it will keep me accountable. Its price is unbeatable for all the access you get for better health. I appreciate all the knowledge I am gaining and I can’t wait to see what else is in store for me.
