Love Notch, you can personalise so get a Notch for every event, interest, dog and family member. As soon as I book a race/event I book a Notch as it’s an extra reward for completing!

Notch have the best customer service going. They helped me so much and were super quick at responding. Will be a repeating customer to fill my partners bracelet up

I bought a notch bracelet about 6 months ago with various notches , I was happy with it the magnet seemed strong but over the last couple of months I have noticed the magnet is not as strong as it keep coming as I get dressed , also with this bracelet as branded as an adventure bracelet I don’t think the clasp is strong enough just with the magnet to be worn all the time as I have nearly lost it on several occasions, maybe the magnetic clasp should have a more permanent fixture so this does not happen

Lovely bracelets but my husband has lost 2 due to the fastenings being useless just a simple magnet which is easily caught. For the cost of the product the fastening should be much more substantial he has lost £200 worth of bracelet and charms which is gutting and when he got the second one he hardly wore it due to fear of losing it again.

I initially bought two bracelets for myself as it was so easy to customise and make them how I wanted. As a man, there aren’t many options for cool, individual jewellery but Notch absolutely fills that niche. My partner loved mine so much, I bought her two for her birthday. She absolutely loves them and now the children can buy her notches of significance on special occasions like Mother’s Day and birthdays. Quality is great. Only gripe is I wish they were waterproof.

People have commented on my bracelets many times and I love them.

This company has the best customer service. They seem to have improved the magnets on their bracelets which are now very strong. I feel the bracelets are a little overpriced especially when you are going to buy Notches to put on them, but the concept is great and my agility friends love them. As mentioned previously customer service is second to none, if you have an issue contact them rather than complaining to everyone else. They go out their way to make it right.

I brought my husband a notch bracelet as a small present towards his 60th birthday. The second time he wore it the magnet must have come loose or he accidentally lost it. I contacted to Notch and they kindly offered to replace the bracelet free of charge !

The packaging of notch used to be in amazing little tins great for gifts. I just spent nearly £200.00 on 1 bracelet and it was delivered in a miniscule plastic bag with all the beads bashing each other.

From making an enquiry on Tuesday evening, I received my two bespoke notches on Friday morning. The response from Notches was timely, no waiting around for a day of two.
End products are exactly as I hoped they would be.

The BEST magnet on any bracelet we have ever had, so strong. A really sturdy and nice looking piece.
We had cause to speak to Notch and I can honestly say that their customer service is absolutely spot on, prompt, friendly and extremely obliging.
These bracelets are unique, eye catching, comfortable and durable, oh and …. Very reasonably priced.
A real find, so pleased we took the chance.

I bought a bracelet and a pair of notches at an event in March, when I took the bracelet recently it broke, I got in touch with their customer service team who replied very quickly explained what had happened and even though I didn't have a receipt after sending them a photo of the broken bracelet they sent a replacement free of charge which arrived the next day. They have been very helpful and responsive I highly recommend buying one!

I've bought 6 notch charms now and the service has always been great and I just love the product. However, this last purchase has been beyond great! Due to my own error, the lady notch I ordered wasn't what I expected. I emailed asking if,even although my fault,if they could help me as it really wasn't what I wanted. They replied quickly and kindly agreed to do a replacement with something that meet what I wanted. The actioned in it right away too. This company are amazing! Do not hesitate to order anything from them!

Almost impossible to get spacers onto bracelet - had it three months keep trying can’t get it together - massive let down as idea of them is great

Bought a notch football bracelet and six notches to go with it for a Christmas present. It arrived today and I must say I’m impressed. The bracelet and notches were in a lovely gift bag. The items are lovely and the recipient I know will be over the moon with it.
I also contacted the company directly as I had a few questions to ask and the lady I dealt with was lovely and answered all things I needed to know.
So Thank you Notch, great company, great communication. I wish your business well.

Bought a red 50 parkrun notch, apart from being expensive, disappointed with the colour, not as vivid as the tee shirt.

I think the concept is fantastic! However, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. My son and I ordered a bracelet with three Notches for Father’s Day in the colours of my husband’s favourite rugby team. Unfortunately, the band which arrived was plain black. I emailed them to explain the wrong colour had been sent and they assured me they’d have a replacement sent to us in time for Father’s Day. Sadly, I discovered too late they’d sent it as a large letter, 1st class post, rather than using a guaranteed delivery service and by Saturday it still hasn’t arrived. That was disappointing for my son and I. We were told we could gift the black one and they’d send a free Notch as an apology as well, it seemed good customer service...
When the new band arrived my husband was very pleased, but after a few days wear he realised it had fallen off his wrist. We’ve hunted everywhere for it. He didn’t feel it fall off. The bracelet cost around £75 with the Notches and that was a Father’s Day offer price! Given there are pictures of athletes all over their website and their brand seems to be geared towards active people it’s so disappointing to find the band can come off so easily. Others I’ve now noticed have left similar reviews. The company asked me to give it a few days and contact them again if it doesn’t turn up… Even if the catch wasn’t faulty I’m not convinced it’s fit for purpose. How can it be if it comes off so easily?! At this price point it’s not good enough in my opinion.

The customer service from Notch is second to none. I recently placed my first order with them for a Father’s Day gift and there was a problem with my address and then a referral code I’d been sent for a discount hadn’t worked. I contacted them regarding these on 2 separate occasions and they got back to me within 24 hours on both times and sorted the issues out really quickly. I was really impressed with how quickly the order was sent out. The notches are really lovely and I had personalisation done and it was done really well and it’s surprising how much you can fit on! Highly recommend Notch.

I’ve had my bracelet for 5 years now and worn it nearly every single day. Mine is the leather plaited and yes, it’s starting to look a bit tatty.
My job is quite physical and it’s held up to all that. I do think it’s important to get the smallest bracelet you can for your wrist. But i’ve never nearly lost mine.
