I run a small e-commerce operation, just me and two part-time people. Time is the thing I am always short on. Someone in a Facebook group for small business owners posted about the Operator Hub and specifically mentioned the AI Automations course so I signed up. I went straight to that course before anything else. The module on identifying which tasks are actually worth automating before you touch any tool is something every small business owner needs to hear. I have saved probably six to eight hours a week since implementing what I learned. The course does not assume you are technical which I appreciated because I am not. Everything is laid out in Kajabi in a really organized way. I have since started the Lead Generation course and it is just as good.

Four stars because I think it takes a few weeks to get your footing if you are new to structured learning like this. Once I figured out how I wanted to work through the material (I do one module on weekday mornings before my team gets in) it really clicked. I focused mostly on the Elevator Pitch course because I have a consulting practice and I was terrible at explaining what I do concisely. The framework they give you in that course is three parts and it is genuinely simple. I have used a version of it in two proposals this month and won both. The Kajabi platform works well on desktop and on my phone. One star off because I wanted a bit more community activity but that is probably on all of us.

My business is still very new but thanks to JT s expertise and the Notebook of a COO operator operator hub I was able to pinpoint where the bottlenecks in my business were and learn how to properly set up my business and systems and actually make it scalable! Grateful for all of the knowledge and guidance!

I came to JT with very little business background and a lot of overwhelm, and he met me there without missing a beat. There are no dumb questions in his world, only gaps waiting to be filled. He has a natural ability to take the intimidating and make it not just digestible but genuinely exciting. What sets him apart is that he actually hears your frustration, honors it, and then moves you right through it before you even realize what happened. He has a way of making you believe in possibilities you couldn't see before walking in. Oh, and if you haven't found his podcast yet, do yourself a favor. Equal parts business insight and a deep breath you didn't know you needed.

Working with JT is always precise and a complete learning experience. He is engaging and thorough with explaining how and why he(we) are doing each task. I look forward to each session I have with him, because I know we are going to be tackling great accomplishments!

Joined the Operator Hub because a friend in my BNI group would not stop talking about it. Went through the Lead Generation Systems course first and honestly the module on qualifying leads before they even get to a quote changed how I run my whole intake process. I used to spend hours on bids that went nowhere. That stopped. The Kajabi app is clean and easy to navigate, which matters because I am on my phone more than a laptop. Good value. Solid content. No fluff.
