I had a terrible experience with NoteBunk. The whole process was very unclear â I thought I was making a one-time purchase, but I suddenly ended up with a subscription instead. Cancelling it was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. On top of that, I was told I needed to post this review in order to receive my refund. It also took around five months before there was finally any kind of solution or response. Overall, very disappointing and not transparent at all.

Je n'ai sollicité aucun avantage ni abonnement à des services, mais j'ai eu des prélÚvements ce même jour d'un total de 67,34â¬. J'ai immédiatement contacté les deux organismes. Le 9/1 j'ai un remboursement partiel de Cubdressy. Le 15/1 j'ai la confirmation de désabonnement de Notebunk. Malgré mes mails du 2/2 et du 27/2 rien de nouveau jusqu'à ce mail du 13/3 qui m'annonce me rembourser. Ce serait une bonne conclusion

That you have to pay a monthly membership amount
You only can pay a article when you are a member? They do not mention that membership cost you a periodic premium what is almost impossible to stop. Nobody requested to be a permanent member that kost you â¬67,60 a month when they know that you don't buy for such an amout every month.
