I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription service. I feel like the terms and conditions were in micro size print. The company did agree to cancel my account but they insisted I delete my public comment to get my money refunded.

Everything was great. Staff very professional

Was trying to get yarn on a discount after a survey. Immediately got charge for subscriptions I didn’t know about. Maybe it was in the fine print. Lesson learned not to do the surveys

this company charged my card and “eric” did not make sure my money was given back right away. stupid company i want to sue
