Not the quality I was expecting for the price. It's much lighter than I thought it would be and the hooks keep falling off.

Simple short answer, very good, sounded like she knew what she was doing, then found out from letter I got yesterday that I did make an error on the tax form, and now due a large refund. Still can’t get through to the IRS .Her words were they just do that stuff all the time don’t worry about it.

Was quick to process order kept me informed of shipping, didn't realize it was coming from another country

Ordered the Dino Pop up book for my granddaughter. Tracking number, email exchanges and no book. Post Office said the package was delivered to another address based on tracking info and definitely wasn’t a book. Scammers!! (Zero Stars!)

I ordered torches from this company in Jan 2026 now April 9th 2026. I never got anything. they told me they were delivered end of march and gave me a tracking number. when i called my local post office the tracking number was for a package for someone else not even close to my address. the lady at the post office could see a pic of the package, which was not my torches. these people are for sure scammers. stay away

I would have given them zero stars but it doesn't let me. I ordered a cell phone clip for my car from them. $30 with shipping. After a month of waiting I contacted them. Their shipping company, 17Track, is absolutely the worst shipping company on the planet. Instead of delivering it to me, they delivered it to my local post office, according to their record. I complained to Noticeexert and told them the item was never received. They sent a second one to replace it. After another month, still no item. I complained again. After back and forth on email they send me a "proof of delivery" which consisted of an image of document that said I received it. No photo of the package at my doorstep. Just a fabricated document with my name typed in. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! I'M REPORTING THEM TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY SUCK!

I’d give zero stars if I had the option. This site is an absolute scam. Everything they sell is fake! Do not waste your money.

Scam. I ordered a retinol duo face cream on 2/1 and still have not received it and it appears they have charged me for a second order now tho the first one may still be in Denmark. Do NOT order from this site.

Scam - ordered Peter Thomas Roth and received a cheap knock off. Was offerred $2 for the inconvenience. Beware of this site.
