Good products and have been using Nouveau for a while for my clients however the customer service is pretty much non existent! The T&C’s about shipping & returns are completely wrong and misguiding. I placed an order expecting to have free shipping since my order was over £75 excl VAT only to be told that they include the shipping price in the grand total so I was misguided into thinking I had spent over the £75 excl VAT when I was actually 40p off! I then called up an hour later to ask to amend my order so I could add MORE which would get me the free shipping and also more products, only to be told I was too late and my order can’t be amended or cancelled at all? Completely unfair considering I have spent £1000’s with Nouveau and was asking to pay more to add to my order. They also have a 14 day return period from the date you order? Not from when the order is delivered? This is completely wrong but was told by the extremely rude customer service lady that ‘all companies do this’ - check the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 as this is clearly wrong, you have 14 days from DELIVERY not order date. Very strange T&C’s which aren’t clearly displayed at all. Seems from other reviews, customer service are willing to help whoever they want so they don’t actually stick to these rules anyway! Will be moving and stocking another company now who actually value their customers :)

Been using nouveau products a while now from eyelash wash to eyebrow and lash serums after and during wearing false lashes and in about eight weeks after removal of fake lashes my own lashes are longer and stronger again

I accidentally bought this.
I decided to test it by only ever applying to my right eye lashes. I’ve applied it every night for a year now and both eyes look exactly the same. Do not waste your cash on this.

I completed the conversion course for lash lift. The modules were super easy to follow, well laid out and easy to navigate & simple to access. Despite being a conversion course, they provided everything you would need to know for a lash lift ie safety & hygiene, contraindications & advice on how to grow your business. I bought a kit to go alongside the course which was delivered quickly and packaged well. I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to enrolling in further course and being part of the Nouveau brand!

I have made two orders different days and both time the product is missing. When I called, the lady said because the product is out of stock but also while I was speaking to her, she said that this time I am giving you but next time I need to called the customer service same day.the say I received my order, I called the customer service straight away but the lady wasn't speaking to me nicely. I gave my order number and the date I have put the order. She said she can clearly seen my order and explained it to me that the items I gave ordered, I paid for it.
But she still wasn't happy because I didn't call her straight away as soon as I received my order but I did call same day.its only few hours difference.

Ordering was easy and very straight forward and delivery was quick and it was all well packed so arrived safely nothing damaged

The lashes have changed and they’re not like the last ones. These feel harder to work with, the bases are stiffer to the soft ones before.
