When you order something they thank you first time after that you won't hear them f I place my order a month ago and they took the money from my account I do not knew if I get it or the money is goin I emails them several time no reply I do not recommend them do not do business with them they will stress you.

My order never arrived.

The tracker they sent me was invalid, and every time I asked, some one by the name of Katherine G. from the Nova Stuff support team just tells me to wait.

I ordered in April and now it's almost Christmas.

Stay far far away from them. This site is a SCAM!

Order 78834. Don't ever think of purchasing anything from #crap @NovaStuff. They are big-time #cheaters operating just to fill their pockets and will never deliver your product. #pathetic customer service is only for namesake and you can expect no reply. I have sent 31 emails and it has been 3 months that my product has not been delivered yet!. #fraud #chineseproduct

SCAM, My order never came. I am now taking it up with the South African police service as it seems there are multiple people with the same issues. We need to get this company closed down.

This is totally fake because my product not send i am waiting 3 month but not get any product so also no any button in cancel order so this is very bad how can user cancel order please don't use "Nova Stuff Web site "

This is a ridiculous scam! I purchased one of their pore masks in April 2017 and it is October and the so called "Katherine" had to send me three different racking numbers because they said it may have been lost in transition. After I sent a particularly angry third email. I knew for good I was scammed. Please I beg you all to purchase only from trusted sites. If you do not believe me, do your research first. I wish I had know and googled up the company early before purchasing.

Got my items :) and I'm happy as it came earlier than expected. Will recommend to my friends

Lovely coming across this site, the detox pads really work!!! I admit that waiting isn't fun but then at the end of the day I still got my orders and that's all that matters, I believe I sent an email once or twice and was accommodated at the soonest they can. Keep it up guys!

First purchase and I'm impressed! Prices are reasonable and items are in good shape my daughter is loving her incense burner as it is unique, will surely come back and order again, interesting product lists too btw :)

I personally don't like ordering online as most are unreliable. I got curious about the hair growth essence as I have tried every single hair grower in the market and they didn't work. After 4 wks. I still haven't received my package and was slowly losing hope in getting it, Contacted support to check to see where my package is, they promptly provided me with the tracking details which made me feel assured that the product is indeed on it's way, come 5th week and it's finally here and in good quality. Nova Stuff is indeed a game changer. Highly recommended.

This is an absolute scam! Don't believe anything they tell you. They don't send the item then when you complain they just keep feeding you lies to dodge your complaint. The so called "Katherine" will email you and tell you there are delays, and they will send a replacement and yet still nothing arrives. They pretend to understand your frustration but the second you ask for a refund then they go silent. They are obviously making good money from not sending people items and deflecting the complaints until eventually people get sick of trying. Oh and don't trust their "order tracking numbers" they send you, it's just another lie to keep you quiet. DON'T GET FOOLED BY THESE CRIMINALS!!!

Nova Scam the company should be called. I have been waiting for my parcel for nearly 5 months now.
After 3 months and many emails from my side enquiring about my order they told me the parcel never left the country, and that they would send a new parcel.
I ordered my pore mask the 5th of May, we are now the 24th of September!
Never received a reply again from this so called Katherine.
Extremely disappointed!

I ordered a ceramic coating bottle to my address in the US. It was my third order with Nova Stuff. I received it after around 10 days like usual. The package shows that it arrived from Singapore.
For the product, I tried it on a small surface of my car, and it seems to be working

So after my review 2 weeks ago, I gave Nova stuff a chance and contacted them again like they asked me to and still no response!! This must be a scam! If this is not, please refund me or just reply my emails Nova Stuff team!! I will not leave this here!

I too never received pore remover. I can't believe Facebook allows you to advertise this scam. I'm sure the 5 star reviews are planted. Meanwhile they are making thousands of dollars. And I'm sorry but the reply - inevitably things happen. The proper customer service response would be to resend and make sure it is received. Scam. Shame on you.

I agree with other customers, l think Nova Stuff is a scam. The situation is the same - after months of waiting of undelivered item (order 52332), Katherine tells, that the product has been sent back to them and they sent me a new on a quicker shipping method. But the parcel didn't arrive and it is impossible to track it. So my advice is to refer to famous responsible cites with money back guarantee and avoid Nova Stuff.
