Scammers - beware
Sadly I can’t give a zero star rating - this isn’t a legitimate company but an online scam, cashing in on the current popularity of air fryers. The website (which did have a padlock to denote secure shopping) has now been taken down and if you’re waiting for an order from them, please don’t ring the mobile number that comes up online - this belongs to a very nice lady who has nothing to do with the scammers and who has been inundated with calls from people trying to find out where their orders are. She was instrumental in getting the website taken down and suggested getting in touch with Shopify via Twitter (I think payments might’ve gone through them?). Also going to contact my bank but not sure they can do anything as I used my debit card. Also be wary of any company selling air fryers at a price that seems too good to be true as Novaay may pop up under another guise. Pay more via reputable sites and maybe pay via credit card or PayPal, where you may get reimbursed.
