Novacosmetics レビュー

Have not received my items and can’t not get hold of anyone I’ve emailed and emailed no reply rip off and scammers do not buy from this company

never arrived, three email's sent and no reply, cant get on the website, total waste of time, avoid if you dont want to waste your money

Not what I expected, the headphones flash so you look like someone out of one of those old star trek episodes. They are a lot bigger then any headset I have seen people wearing. They only work for about 1 hour before it needs recharge. Also because this product is on offer the terms and conditions states you can't get a refund.

I bought 3 products value of about 70pounds on the 5TH of June 2019 and yet to get shipments information on The 9TH June 2019 or any information.
I am disappointed and couldn’t imagine.
I’ve sent a mail and yet no reply.
Website is not accessible presently.

I ASKED ABOUT A REFUND AND RETURNS BUT NO RESPONSE :)

One of the earphones doesn’t work and the battery life of them is very low

Although the ear pods arrived quickly and looked good, on the second charing they over heated after 10mins.

They came late and they will not pair at the same time if anyone can tell me how to fix that would really help

Happy with the service. Wireless earphones arrived quickly and they work very well.

I want to return them. The earphones were not a good purchase. They do not sink together and are falling off my ears.

Ok if your out for a run or a short work out as you are lucky to get an hours charge.
Foolishly I purchased a second one and it was the same.
Do not go by reviews on the webpage as they are certainly not for this item.

Price and service were good. I purchased the ear pods as a birthday gift for my daughter.....at first glance, the look was great. She had a bit of trouble getting them to play simultaneously at the right volume. That's been resolved. Delivery was on time....happy enough.

Easy processes to order. Good as described. Delivery was later than advised, hence 4 stars. Would recommend.

Box wouldn’t charge the ear phones and phones would not pair

Waited for more than a week for Product not received, emailed customer services for money back and got ignored
