Received a dress two weeks after ordering even though they said it takes 5-7 working days, asked to return it as not longer needed and the reason of “no longer needed” is not valid enough
But they will offer a 10% refund for gesture of goodwill, RIDICULOUS!! Also, the dress is supposed to be a maxi dress, I’m 5’2 and the dress is just below my knees, how is that maxi then?
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Zero stars if I could. Slick online presence, all lies: "Crafted in London", "designer couple" schtick, professional photos (don't know where they got them from), claims of linen and "soft cotton blend"; no indication during order process that goods are not made in or sent from UK, but are nasty cheap polyester sent from China (my order was early August, arrived 3 October). My complaint email of 3/10/25 ignored till I started chargeback procedures via my credit card company; now a well-worded email from them about my "recent" order asking what was wrong. They know perfectly well. AVOID!

I received items I did not order. Cheap polyester items that can not fit an adult.
Shipping back to China is going to cost way more then the items ordered. Left with load of rubbish.
They have refused to refund my money back.
We need to report this company to facebook, youtube and authority in China. They are scamming people off.
Do not order anything from them.

Terrible experience bought the tilly maxi dress and watercolor dress, on the website it had said cotton blend, the colours were ugly nothing like the website and worst of all the material was spandex. When i requested a refund and return they delayed a week before sending me the shipping address pleading with me to keep the dress for 10% of my purchase and even increased it to 25%. The dress was badly made i could not even imagine keeping it or looking at it

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The items I received were completely different from what was shown on the website. They were advertised as “premium cotton blend, soft and breathable,” but turned out to be cheap polyester.

Even after asking for size advice, the clothes didn’t fit, were shapeless, and of very poor quality. Returning them would cost more than half the purchase price, so I will be donating them to charity instead.

Posting this to help others avoid the same mistake as the products are unwearable and not as described.

The products are unwearable and completely different from their website. I was hooked in because I received an email saying that they were sadly having to close down and were selling items at very discounted prices. my items were described as 'Material: Premium cotton blend
Soft, breathable fabric' but they are, in fact made of the cheapest, disgusting, man-made fabric. I wouldn't even give them to charity.

This is a scam! The clothing they sell is nothing like in the pictures and made of polyester. Do not buy!

star rate would be Zero but don't have the option. A total scam , they are buying from ALiexpress at £5 and selling it back to you at £ 48, 8 times than original price.
The warehous is from China and the quality Horrible .
They even scam bank details ! so be very extremely careful and if you have already bought report it to your bank and ask them to block your car and give you a new one.

Absolutely awful. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a dress that was listed as "cotton/linen blend" that actually came with the label stating "polyester/spandex". It looks like a clown costume, it's not classy, the patterns have bled into one another. It's really so bad and dishonest and unethical I just don't know how they operate. They are also not based in London despite everything implying they are so you only get your money back if you send back to China. It's a disgrace. I'm really not sure why these people exist.

Great looking website, image of hoodie looked good quality, fortunately I only ordered one. Despite advertising as London UK and items as being premium quality, the hoodie was shipped from a warehouse in China. Quality of item was terrible. I asked for a refund and was offered 20% discount or pay return postage to China for refund of remainder.
I declined both and contacted Barclaycard. Do not be fooled by website this company is a scammer

Just received my order of a sweat shirt that looked great in the nice web site picture. This is a load of rubbish, poor materials, poor workmanship. Don't bother with this company, ill be using it as a rag to wipe my garage floor

I wish I had checked the genuity of the site before I ordered. REAL FAKE, SCAM & everything negative. Item not delivered on time and when I emailed, they replied being shipped from their warehouse..... That was when I realised something was not right, as they advertised as UK based company.
Ugly polyester/spanx item finally arrived instead of cotten/linen advertised.
They are not willing to give full refund and asked me to keep the items for 30% refund or bear the return cost to China to get 100% refund
We went back and forth, and when I realised how much it would cost to return them, it's not worth it at all.
I wish I had paid with paypal or so that I could have sought to get my full refund, but lesson learnt.

Do not order from this company. When goods arrive, they are shoddy and not as depicted. Avoid!

Fraudulent advertising. A ‘breathable cotton dress’ was actually a polyester spandex dress. Returns cost minimum £25 regardless of spend due to returns going back to China. No explanation of why it wasn’t cotton. They advertise a lovely product but don’t deliver what they describe. No phone contact details and no initial reply to emails. After finally finding an email info novarilondon.uk I got a reply saying I could keep the dress and have a 20% refund. I couldn’t wear a dress like this unless I needed to sweat off some weight! It’s awful. When threatened with being sued I got a full refund Hope this helps future potential customers to be cautious when using this company. It’s a shame because if the product was as described I would buy a lot more from them.

The most awful plastic polyester dress, advertised as linen, looks NOTHING like advertised. Chinese crap, not in London- no opportunity to get a refund or return- shame on them.

Absolute scam , what I got looked nothing like what I ordered. I am soooo angry !!!!

This company is fake, not reputable.
This company is fake, it is not what it says it is in their website. They market themselves as being based in London but happens to be in China, I bought shoes from them which were of very poor quality and did not fit. I sent them an email requesting a return address, I was told the return will cost me £27 for shoes that cost £36, they should not be allowed to sell on line. Don’t buy from them. Quality is very bad. Shoes were delivered in a plastic bag. Not even a shoe box. To date I have not been sent a returns address.
