The software didnt work smoothly. I wish to be completely fair, i did not notice that an alternative backup software was available, which may have resolved the problems. That was my fault!

This company is the best there is both in providing a service, communication, and problem solving, if you want this type of service come to Novastream its the best and great value for money

Fabulous

Having tried other internet TV providers Nova Streams is definitely the best we have found. Excellent customer service and prompt to respond to customers.
Brilliant value for money.

No, No, No

Whatever you do, do not get this useless service, I stream Amazon and Netflix without any break, but nova, god help me this is unwatchable.. I hate it

100% Recommended! I would not go anywhere else

Great customer service and a real plethora of channels to watch, This is the first streaming IPTV service ive used and I can tell you I wont be going elsewhere!

Free trial was perfect to see what was on offer and the support in setting up my devices was really helpful

No problems

No problems, one evening would not log on but 5 min later all OK, only happened one in last month, pretty good by my reckoning.

Great service

Works flawlessly on a MAG box. Everything well organised, so it’s easy to navigate. Support and advice easily available via a chat channel. Full marks all round
