Working with Novel Capital was a highly positive experience. The team responded promptly to every question and guided us through the process with professionalism and transparency. The structure at the time certainly met our very specific needs. The system was easy to use and it was helpful to receive reminders to report cash activity and be ready for payments to be deducted. About six months after the loan was paid off, I needed to put in place a bridge loan for a couple of months until our capital raise was completed but, on the day of funding, we found that the Novel liens had not been released. I reached out for help because we have payroll coming up. Sebastian was so responsive and helpful in our time of urgent need and I am very grateful. I told him to get back to me in November. We are raising some capital but know we will need to raise more next year. I want to use debt to extend our cash runway before the next round and will be talking with Sebastian about that in November.
