Horrendous quality for the price they charge couldn’t even wear them! Requested a refund the day they arrived in line with their 10 day return request policy and nothing happened. No communication at all and then the email bounces.

Absolute SCAM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Absolute scammers, ordered a dress, received a piece of fabric and what looks like a shoe lace to tie the corset up… emailed for refund, no reply…I have never received anything so bad! COMPLETE INTENTIONAL SCAM!

I have not received my order from the 10th Aug! It’s now the 28th! I have emailed 4 times and been ignored! I fear I have been scammed

Starting to believe I’ve been scammed

I ordered a dress from Novelle Manchester on 7th August. It is now 25th August and I have received absolutely nothing. No dress, no dispatch confirmation and no tracking information.

I have also emailed the company asking where my order is and have been completely ignored.

At this point I am genuinely concerned that I have been scammed. I wish I had looked into the company more carefully before ordering, because I certainly wouldn’t have placed an order knowing I could be left nearly three weeks later with no item, no tracking and no response.

I would personally avoid ordering based on my experience so far.

I will update this review if my dress arrives or the company actually responds.
