I have win I can’t get my refund because of I’m using Greece Asyum card and it rejected please help me get my money I won

Nobody use this shambles of a company!!! There an absolute joke. The second you win a bit of a money there asking for every card on your accounts details. I haven’t used one card in about 5/6 months , they’ve let me deposit and withdrawal on other cards up until this morning . There looking for a bank cancellation letter and all to say it’s lost . They will do anything not to pay you out and anyone who’s thinking about using this company use this as a warning not too. They’ll be getting a court letter soon enough. There agents on live chat are rude and ignorant . There the worst of the worst. It would make you sick how much hassle you’ve to go through to get your winnings , but they’ve no problem letting you deposit and deposit and deposit. Giving them a star is way to generous they’d be in - stars if it was allowed . I’d give them 5 stars for being frauds and that’s about it.

My card that is on file was deactivated and destroyed by the bank; a new card was issues by my bank. I have deposited and won money with my new card. In New Zealand we don't get letters saying that our debit cards have been cancelled or that a new card has replaced the old one and now these people / robots can't understand that the old card has been destroyed! by the bank! absolutely useless! Rubbish! don't waste your money!

Have been using for a while, got a big win and went to withdraw but they needed to verify bank details. Did take multiple attempts, was getting a bit worried. But went to customer service and talked to George v. And he was great help and told me what to do and received my money 20 minutes later. Few improvements to be made to make it easier for people to withdraw but still happy with the service

I can only comment from my own experience - everything has been excellent so far.
Decent offers and no major issues to report.

Gone from bad to worse
I've gone from 5 stars to 2 stars to 1 star over the last couple of years with these lot
Live chat gone
Free spins gone

I did the wager x amount get free spins they were never credited. So I got on chat. No response. I emailed. No response
I mailed again, no response
So I called!
She said she could see my email from 2 days ago. I assumed it'd be sorted

Nope. 4 days on still no response to my email. But I'm getting spammed every 4 hours with promotions to spend x amount get free spins.

They really seem to be treating their long term customers like crap.

So I'll be closing my account. Bad enough losing money without this level of disrespect to the people putting their money in.

Such a shame

My team won 2 nill today and they crossed it out on my betslip but was still visable and took 200K off my returns how can that even happen it's Irish company for a reason won't let you win over 500k but all other sites do, (worst gambling) site as reviews back that up, will and because they can't afford to they decide to take 200k off a winning bet as 2 - 0 I've been gambling years this is the worst I've seen in any company don't waste your money no litterlally even if you win you'll waste your money as they'll put ur winning team like mine as a lose and take 200k off it

Scammers, deposited all together around 4,5k and got back from it around 750 eur, no wins no free games and even if you get free games 5 eur a spin max win I got was 120 eur and that happens on daily… avoid no wins there just purely scamming money out of you… there was a day I lost 1500eur in 40 min like playing 5 eur spin 2 free games from 300 spins and biggest win was 65 eur. So pure scammers

They will not let you withdraw. They will request endless documentation. It is never enough. Then they will eventually just stop all communication

I honestly don't get bad reviews. I had bad experiences with other bookies but this one is top notch. Fast withdrawal unlike somd others. Support very helpful when needed.

Don't play here. Win rate is absolutely ridiculous. Put 40 quid in 20 cent bets max win maybe 1,50. Endless empty spins. Probably like every other casino this is scam you win only after you put certain amount of money in. Stay away

What a joke of a bookies sign up with them the other day,and they won't pay my small winnings of 36.00 euros they want to know everything about you this that and the other.I gave them everything and said it was not right, anything not to pay out. They cause you more stress then hassle.Avoid the scam of a bookies.😡😡😡😡

Avoid like the plague!!

They took my deposit twice, and only credited my account once. The first attempt said there was an error, so I tried again and that worked, but both amounts were taken from my bank. Novibet promised a refund would be made to my card, but it never happened.

Also, the site is a shambles anyway. I tried to make e/w bets in the grand national, but you have to make two separate bets instead of just one bet with e/w toggled on. And that's just for starters. It's a betting site that's not fit for purpose, here in Ireland

Shambles of a site, no customer care/service available. Unable to speak with anyone. Offer a welcome bouns, register your account make a deposit and nothing trying to get an answer is like trying to get blood from a stone. Joke Shop of a site!

Great variety in casino & sportsbook, always have fast withdraws. Wish they still accepted PayPal, was a huge let down when they removed it.

The most incompetence I've ever seen from a bookie. They custom validation process is ridiculously outdated unlike othere bookies. And the customer is worst I've ever encountered from any company

I wagered €210 and not once have I gotten a single return whether I spun the slots of bought bonuses I have gotten a single return, when I wrote to novichat I was met with ignorance and inconsideration, not what you want during a big loss, I would never recommend this site to anyone!!!!!

Went to withdraw my winnings, went to verify my account with proper documents but they wouldn't except, then told me actually there's a technical issue on their part so I tied to log back in and they blocked the account. I see I'm not the only one in reviews. Site is a scam.... Stay away

I can't give zero stars which is what these animals deserve. They let me deposit no problem until l won 5000 refused withdrawal and then deactivated my account while i was playing on it, absolute scum don't give them a cent they don't seem to realise customers are what makes a business they will rob you with any loophole they can, disgusting.
