Paul, in the Manchester office, and the team worldwide, went above and beyond to source what I wanted (one item was flown from their Australia office) to be ready in the timeframe I needed.

Had a fantastic experience at Novita with the assistance of Paul who helped us acquire an engagement ring, wedding band, pair of earrings and a necklace pendant. Paul was clearly extremely knowledgeable on the subject and took his time to explain all the various options that were available to us. The service provided was nothing short of great and we would thoroughly recommend Novita to friends and family. The staff were incredible throughout the whole process, really knowledgeable regarding the products and gave their time to ensure we bought the right ring for us, overall really enjoyable experience.

I purchased an engagement ring for my gorgeous girl and absolutely loves the unique (Well almost ) of the ring.with 1.9ct stone and accompanying stones in white 18ct gold . It looks amazing. When she first wore it to the office it was commented that “ Wow that’s a rock and half” The sizing was absolutely correct and the service on first contact, ordering and collection was first class from the Manchester office. I will definitely be using Novita for any complimentary pieces in the future.

I had a great experience with Novita Diamonds in Manchester when I bought my partner’s engagement ring back in 2023. I designed it online, picking out all the details to make it one of a kind, and the whole process was really easy. When I went to the store, the staff were super polite and helpful, making sure everything was just right before I finalized the purchase. The ring turned out beautifully, and I love that I could create something unique while also making an ethical choice with a lab-grown diamond. Now, with our wedding coming up this October, I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Would definitely recommend Novita Diamonds to anyone looking for a special, stress-free experience!

I got my engagement and wedding rings from here and the team were amazing, from picking my diamond to the setting and then bringing in the exact diamond and letting me have a look at it in person before setting it was amazing!

Bonus the team also accommodated my husband request of getting the rings engraved without me knowing what it said

Updated: Following some very poor after sales communication and continuous delays.

Our original experience was very wholesome and professional. Mia guided us through the entire process of choosing the perfect engagement ring.
Mia’s expertise and passion shone through, taking the time to understand our preferences and being incredibly helpful. We were made to feel valued and we never felt rushed or pressured.

However, it was the next step where we faced issues after using Novita Diamonds to purchase a valuation for the ring for insurance purposes.

The original certificate had my name spelt incorrectly, which would most likely void any insurance claim, so I politely asked if Novita to correct this and issue a new certificate.

What followed was a myriad of delays and excuses, and at every step it was me chasing Novita for updates. I understand the consultant originally handling this case left, but that doesn't excuse the ongoing delays following that.

It took a total of 4 months, numerous emails and calls, and plenty of excuses. I finally have my corrected certificate but it put a dampener on my overall experience with Novita, and something I would warn others of, particular the after sales care.

Returning customer and yet again the people sell the product, in their professional, simplistic advice, easy to understand and ensure the correct buying decisions are made to support the buyer and not the company.

My first appointment was with Mia and who was lovely and took the time to go through lots of options - I then went away to think and was visiting family in London so had appointment with Toby in London where I ordered my items - collection from Mia last week was lovely- I can honestly say the service from both Mia and Toby was excellent

It was super easy to book a consultation with a reply and flexible consideration of my wishes at the Manchester store. Mia greeted us warmly and was prepared based upon my suggested requests from the email, with lots of choice of beautiful rings to peruse.
She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and made the experience a thoroughly enjoyable and special occasion. She was able to give good advice, was able to answer all my questions, she was clear about time frames and just overall went the extra mile. I would not hesitate to tell everyone about this diamond store and would advise them to book in with Mia without hesitation.

I bought a diamond solitaire ring a year ago and I have been delighted with my purchase. Returned this week for a pair of diamond stud earrings. I saw Mia who was very helpful and I was able to try and quickly selected my earrings. There is no high pressure sales techniques at Novita and the staff are professional, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service at the Manchester showroom. My partner and I came just for a look around and ended up purchasing my dream ring! Paul was knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and had high quality items to show us based on what I liked. Novita has lovely styles and competitive prices. We will absolutely be back for our wedding bands.

We arrived for our appointment booked for 10th June at 1130am on time. There was no one to meet us we waited 10 minutes ringing the buzzer but no answer. One of the staff, who was passing by, let us into the building assuring us someone was inside and we were then left outside the internal door for a further 5 minutes. A member of staff arrived and let us in. Clearly someone had called in sick but still no one had covered our appointment. I think it was Anna who let us in and then cobbled together an appointment to us. There was clearly no preparation for our appointment and we were not able to look at the styles we requested (by email in advance). We had quite a hurried appointment at 20 minutes of our allotted timeslot had been taken up waiting outside various doors. Anna was good, very apologetic though was clearly trying to pull together an appointment for us with no advance knowledge of the customer. We were told we would get a follow up email with what was discussed. But never recieved anything. No follow ups or apologies. A very disappointing experience. No what you expect when you want the reassurance when you looking at spending 4 figures.

I recently visited the Manchester store to start engagement ring shopping with very little knowledge on diamonds. Ana however guided me through the different clarities, colours & shapes and a general styles.

She made me feel very comfortable and I’m looking forward to our next consultation as I’m already confident that Novita will provide excellent service and quality.
