Not Happy
I have been trying to contact Novita in both Manchester and London but no one picks up the ‘phone. Just get an automatic response as in - I am transferring you now- then the line goes dead. I have e mailed them as well and still nothing. Are they still operating here in the UK with particular reference to being in Manchester.
24 Jan 2026 - look let’s not carry this on shall we. Why not just get an actual person to pick up the ‘phone when it rings - that should solve it and if I call your Manchester office again and a person does pick up then I will say that on here.

Worth every cent!
Bought both engagement ring and wedding rings from Novita. From the first encounter we had with designing the engagement ring, to then designing our wedding bands was special. We truely loved the idea of making our own wedding bands and making it custom to us, with the engraving of our wedding date as well. It upsets me that I can’t wear it now but I know once I do it will be of favourite piece (besides my engagement ring of course) of jewellery I own! Thank you for making the experience and the design process so easy!!

Can’t recommend enough!
I had such a great experience with Rachana at Novita Diamonds, Sydney. I had little to no idea on what exactly I was after, and she was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The quality, customer service, products, pricing, and quick timeframe in having my custom piece made and ready is why I recommend Novita Diamonds to friends and family.

Stunning diamonds and jewellery, smooth and easy process
Both my stunning platinum engagement ring and perfectly paired pave wedding band were made by Novita Diamonds. They made the whole process so easy, from learning how to pick a good diamond, to being so incredibly patient whilst I tried on a number of different ring styles. I’ve received so many compliments on my gorgeous set, and my sister and uncle’s fiancée now also have Novita rings since seeing mine! Novita are lab grown diamond specialists!
The wife and I cannot recommend Novita Diamonds Sydney anymore highly. The knowledge, professionalism and warmth of their Diamond Specialist was second to none. The quality of their lab grown diamonds is showcased in the photos on their website. I could not afford a 1.8 carat round brilliant diamond when I first got engaged. I made a promise to myself that one day I would upgrade my wife’s engagement ring to a round brilliant and I just recently learnt about lab grown diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are REAL diamonds made from pure carbon and are a much more affordable option than mined diamonds. Novita Diamonds are a highly reputable company and trusted specialists in this field. The wife and I strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a diamond for any special occasion should consider Novita Diamonds first.

Exactly what I ordered and wanted
I loved having the choice to choose my design and stone. The online process was very easy to follow and my ring arrived by courier on the date that I requested it. I will definitely purchase again from Novita Diamonds as well as recommend them to all my friends :)

Great experience purchasing with Novita. The ring is beautiful, service was polite, and the team were very accomodating from start to finish - even processing a gold colour change for my ring last minute and getting it back to me just in time!

Novita is everything you could ever want and need in a jeweler
Novita!!! Where do we start. You provided nothing short of exceptional customer service from the beginning. The website allowed us to customise our perfect ring and was so easy to use. The price was highly competitive and the quality was unmatched. The pick up process was seamless and the staff were so kind and accommodating, providing recommendations about how to keep my rings clean and safe.
So impressed with this business, I will never shop anywhere else.

A truly amazing experience shopping here. They replied so fast to every email and were completely on top of everything. They sent us so many updates and were incredibly quick with their communication. Literally one of, if not the best customer experience I have had. Could not recommend them highly enough and honestly have been recommending them outside of this review.

Engagement ring & wedding ring
Went to purchase my fiancé’s engagement ring 2 years ago and had exceptional service from the initial consultation all the way up to the collection of the ring and also free unlimited cleaning.
Returned 2 years later in 2025 in preparation for the wedding and Sanya was once again able to assist and make sure we picked the perfect rings for the big day.
Thank you to Novita & Sanya for taking care of me. Would always recommend to friends and family.

All the staff were amazing, I chose to change the width of my bands and did this all via email/photos and they were so helpful with the process.
