Cold calling my business and asking me…
Cold calling my business and asking me personal questions. When questioned the girl carried on reading from her script. Very very pushy, kept asking me which company I was using for my payments, I did politely say im not interested but she kept saying we're tiring to save you money.
Also to add to their reply...the woman confirmed she was calling from novopay in Luton. So any confusion about not having a female in the call centre is a lie. I also have the call recorded and number saved for their fake investigation they claim to be doing.

Great company!
Been with this company for my small business now for nearly 3 years now. Not had an issue. Minaj has gone above and beyond to help with any issues I’ve had which have all been with my old supplier. Which he kindly cancelled and sorted out for me, this company was ripping me off. Will not be going anywhere else!

Great service from Omair
Great service from Omair. Great rates and he does the account management for us too. Was paying so much with my previous provider for the same amount of takings on my machine. I am saving over 50%……… definitely recommend this to my friends and other businesses.
