I was expecting something much better. It took a month and a half for the package to arrive, and I had to contact them several times because even they didn’t know where it was. The watch itself has a battery that doesn’t last very long; if you use the red light during the day, you can forget about getting home with a watch that actually tells the time. Plus, it keeps losing its settings very quickly and repeatedly. I’m even starting to doubt whether the red light is actually effective.

I had big hopes for this company. I did what I thought was due diligence checling their credentials Team Nowatch ommunication is appallingly bad to the point of non existent.

I have send 2 emails for an update on my order. No reply! I sent a direct message via their social media page. No reply! Nowatch sent me a DHL tracking number which is invalid. I'm beginning to feel I have been scammed.
