I really liked that NowEv were a local firm.
I read NowEV’s reviews and was impressed, especially reading the review from an engineer, who had nothing but praise.
Our experience has been the same.
There were a number of options that could have been used, Michael went through those options with the pros & cons of each.
Michael ensured we were able to take advantage of an extended warranty offer by ordering early but then not fitting the panels & battery until a later date.

The fitting was excellent and he & Joe worked efficiently the first day & with a third member of the team the second day.

Once the panels were switched on, Michael took time to explain the App and options for exporting energy.
He continued to monitor for the next week remotely and was happy that everything was working well.

We have nothing but praise for Michael & his team and would highly recommend.

As an aside - we have used less than 1% from the grid and the panels have provided sufficient power for our consumption - incredible!

Michael was courteous and most helpful when I called and gave me the necessary guidance to restart my solar inverter in no time at all. The installers and manufacturers, by contrast , had been quite unhelpful. Excellent service and I will certainly be contacting him again should I encounter any problems with my solar panels/ inverter in the future.

Was a really easy smooth process. Great experience!!

Excellent service. Good installation

Michael have finished Installing a solar system at my place. He has done a fabulous job and we are really happy with the output. Dealing with Michael was a pleasure from start to finish. Great service from initial enquiry all the way through to installation. Very professional and neat instaI. I can highly recommend Michael and NowEV to anyone.

Very impressed with Now EV. The support and advice received to confirm the problem prior to an inverter replacement was so helpful. Great experience on the day. Would highly recommend them

Fantastic service from Now EV. Michael was professional, punctual, and really knowledgeable about the installation process. The work was done neatly and efficiently, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get an EV charger installed!

Really pleased with the service I received, right from initial survey to installation. Michael and the team were knowledgeable and professional and I was kept informed every step of the way. The installation of solar pan, Powerwall 3 and Zappi charger went smoothly and quickly. So glad I opted for Now EV.

Very helpful and detailed advice & service provided. Thank you.

Michael
Is an absolute gent
Turned up when he said he would and left my premises clean and explained everything I needed to know

We first used Now EV to install our car charger and the job was perfect. Not only that but when the charger had issues (manufacturing issue with Simpson & Partners) Now EV fully supported us to ensure we got a replacement despite being over 12 months old, and made sure it was fitted quickly so we didn’t lose ability to charge car.

We were so impressed with service we asked, out of interest about Solar panels for the house. Michael at Now EV quickly built a design and financial payback plan, without having to sign up to anything or make any commitment. Price was great for a full solar and battery set up. Installation is very neat, everyone was careful to be clean and as quiet as possible. Spent lots of time answering questions. System is perfect

Great service from Micheal from the moment I enquired with him right through to the fitting of the charger. He’s a very knowledgeable guy and extremely efficient.
My neighbour recently had a large energy firm fit their charger, it took 5 of them the best part of a day, Michael fitted the same charger for me on his own in a couple of hours.
Very competitive pricing and nice to use a small business. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and very professional. Michael was able to advise on the suitable EV charger and also had it installed in my driveway. I can’t recommend him enough!

Prompt and professional service. Quick reply to initial enquiry and would recommend.

Fantastic job by Michael again! A slightly tricky job but the installation was brilliant and went well. Thank you Michael for you support, considering the distance you had to travel.

Michael and his team have just completed a solar panel installation with storage battery. Michael visited us and was very thorough explaining all the details of the installation before we accepted his quotation. They arrived on time and completed the work within the agreed timescale, clearing up as they worked. I would certainly recommend Now Ev to other people

Michael and his team just finished fitting our 7.8KW setup (including 24KW of batteries in a Sigenergy system and EV Charger), very happy with the work completed, and done in only 3 days!

Getting everything sorted beforehand was really good, with Michael discussing what I wanted with what he thought would suit, a very good site visit including lots of measurements being taken, and a clear understanding of how everything would be fitted and when.

Lastly Michael took me through the various apps and setups I would need to monitor and control the system, overall very happy with the results and would recommend you speak to Now EV.

NowEV came recommended by my daughter when she required a car charging socket for her new house. Purchasing my first Electric Vehicle, I too needed a socket plus a battery system to link with my existing solar panels. Michael from NowEV provided a very completive quotation, dealt with all the paperwork and completed the install in one day, making sure we were able to understand the working of the system on the two APPs he linked to our phones. We had a hiccup getting the car charger to talk to the car, but after further assistance from Michael the following night the car charged up 60% for less than £3.50 on our cheap rate overnight deal with our energy supplier. We are delighted with the result and cannot recommend Michael and NowEV enough.

Great service. Done a lovely tidy job.

I am so impressed with Now EV, and Michael, the Proprietor. I did my research, I got six quotes from other installers, and went into minute detail about what I wanted from a company, and if they could provide it.

Michael came through as the very top of my list. His attention to detail, price fairness and absolute dedication to providing a great service were second to none. The installation went very smoothly, and the Team went above and beyond, making sure everything was right. Michael stayed late, explaining to me everything I needed to know about running the system, and obtaining the optimum results. The quote was the quote, and there were no ‘extras’.

Altogether, an honest, meticulous and extremely knowledgeable Proprietor, of a fantastic, well-organised Company. Cannot recommend them enough.
