Ho effettuato il trapianto di capelli il 10 aprile 2025. Il primo contatto è avvenuto circa un mese prima tramite WhatsApp, e sin dal primo momento ho percepito la professionalità e la serietà della clinica. Mi sono state date informazioni chiare, precise e dettagliate su ogni cosa, e appena sono atterrato a Istanbul è andato tutto come mi era stato anticipato. Il dialogo con la struttura è stato costante e la comunicazione è sempre stata puntuale. L'intervento è stato totalmente indolore e una interprete italiana ha interagito con me di continuo, per aggiornarmi su quello che stava succedendo e per accertarsi che io stessi bene, e questo mi ha fatto sentire molto a mio agio. Inoltre, in tutti questi mesi la comunicazione non si è mai interrotta, perché dalla clinica hanno voluto monitorare costantemente l'evoluzione della situazione.
A distanza di un anno sono soddisfattissimo del risultato ottenuto e se potessi tornare indietro nel tempo non esiterei un attimo a rifare tutto.

Very good experience at now hair time ,the best clinic

First class service beginning immediately in the Istanbul Airport being picked up in a Van-Limo. The hotel was incredible which was in a very nice and safe area next to an open-air mall.

The service by the team and staff was top shelf. I never had to worry about anything except being in the hotel lobby at the appropriate times. Most of the food during my trip was free and very good.

The surgery was swift and done professionally. I was amazed at the aftercare. I was sent home with a big free backpack full of shampoo, vitamins and hair oil treatments. The follow-up is also incredible. I get contacted every month making sure everything is going well. They genuinely care about me and my process.

I'm writing this 4 months after surgery and my hair is getting fuller everyday. I'm 53 years old and my new hair is looking great already. I can't wait to see what it looks like after 6 and 12 months.

I highly highly highly would recommend to not going here. The marketing and hospitality is amazing but that is it. Do not fall for the celebrity results you see online. THERE IS NO DOCTOR! A lead technician controlled the floor of a hospital that isn’t even onsite of the actual clinic. Two technicians actually performed the procedure and took 3200 grafts but probably only used about 1500. Your donor area is so important because you only have so little. This company wastesssssss your grafts. I hope this helps someone go anywhere else because anywhere else is better than here. Pls do not trust this place!

Sono stato sempre seguito in ogni passaggio,dall'atterraggio a Istanbul e ritiro dall'aereoporto,alla consulenza,all'intervento,al post intervento.
E ogni mese ricevo sempre un loro messaggio per aggiornarli sullo stato del lavoro eseguito.

Amazing staff and medical team. From the moment I landed they already had a driver outside waiting for me in a luxury vehicle equipped with a flat screen tv, snacks, and comfortable seating. The medical team was so thorough down to the medical testing beforehand all the way up till the actual procedure which is extremely meticulous. I had over 6200 follicles implanted and the team's attention to detail was impressive. Following the procedure the medical team and staff gave me easy, but specific instructions following the procedure along with products and many other gifts. I just can't say enough about this company and the people surrounding it. Highly recommend Now Hair Time and hope to see them all again.

Trattamento a 5 stelle dal primo momento. Mi hanno prelevato dall’hotel dove alloggiavo per fatti miei, portato in clinica per esami, poi hotel a 5 stelle, trattamento sicuro e con ottimi risultati, medici e interprete super preparati e gentili. Poi mi hanno fatto il favore di portarmi nell’altro hotel perché ho proseguito la mia visita ad Istanbul. Post trattamento mi hanno seguito per un anno intero per vedere se i risultati c’erano e mi hanno consigliato come proseguire con le cure. Super consigliati
