I submitted my concern about the toothbrush chew to their customer service in November 2018. It's August 2019, and they still have not gotten back to me despite follow-up emails asking for status. The toothbrush is far from indestructible. Corners of the rubber were chewed off in a matter of minutes, posing a choking hazard to the pup as well we potentially surgery-necessitating GI blockage. They said their R&D department would look into it and get back with me, but they have yet to do anything to make it right. Also, the product took 4 weeks to arrive because it was sent from China. That wasn't disclosed anywhere. This company sucks. Do not support them.

Waiting for my Dog Toy since september.... nothing and first they responds on my email but now not any more.... I want my money back but nobody mailing me back about the problem. Really bad service.

Possible Scam Site. Ordered my dog a toy on 10/7/18. Per the info and receipt, 3-4 weeks shipping. USPS tracking said expected delivery 11/10/18. On that date, tracking says, "in transit to next facility" and has remained that way ever since (it's now 12/8/18.) I've had several emails back and forth with seller, they just keep saying it's in transit. I've asked for my money back or just asked them to expedite another one (at their cost) to replace the one that hasn't showed. They aren't responding to emails anymore. First and only time I'll ever make the mistake of ordering from Nowpup.com and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
