NPES Solar レビュー

We’ve just had our solar install completed by NPES and we cannot speak highly enough of the way they approached this work. We are total solar novices and they gave us confidence and clarity from the start. One of the important things for us, given solar is a massive learning curve for us, was trust in the information and service we were getting. Jon, Gary and Matt have been very attentive to detail, worked to a high level of safety and standards. When they spent a long time with us, in person and by email, answering all our daft questions, and on the details of how/where everything would be installed, taking care that we would be happy with how it all looked or whether it would be disruptive, we knew they would be our installers. They are not the cheapest quote we got but we felt that the expertise and service levels were exceptional. The only “note” I would give is they are so expert that sometimes I am not sure they realise how little some of us know but I didn’t once feel I couldn’t just ask. It’s also lovely to feel you’re receiving a product from people who really believe in what they do.

NPES Solar are a great company. I picked them to supply my solar panel and battery system because they gave me by far the best detailed and most professional quotation. They installed the system in a very professional way. There was such a great feeling of good humoured teamwork that it was a pleasure to have them in the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody and will be using them again myself.
Even after installation, they have always been ready to offer help and advice about how to get the best out of my system.

I've had these guys to do loads of work over the last five years - PV panels, Tesla Powerwalls, EV charger, three phase power upgrade. They just made it so simple for me, cos I've no clue about how to do stuff, just know what I want it to look like at the end.

I could probably find cheaper but I've made that mistake before.

This is not an opportunity for Jon to increase my pricing 😳

Added a battery to my solar setup and had it rewired with NPES. They made the whole thing hassle free and effortless. Very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend and use again

A VERY PLEASANT REPAIR TO THE BREAKDOWN OF MY SOLAR SYSTEM. THE ORGANISATION WITH THE OFFICE STAFF WAS EFFICIENT AND TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE.THE ENGINEER WAS PROMPT,AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING IN A FRIENDLY AND EASYLY UNDERSTANDABLE MANNER. HIS WORK WAS FIRST CLASS AND THE AREA WAS LEFT CLEAM AND TIDY. THANK YOU.

NPES are a very well run company with knowledgeable staff who communicate well and arrive on time. We would be happy to use their services again.

Our solar panels have been in place for 13 years without any maintenance and we felt that for peace of mind we should rectify this and we contacted NPES Solar. Matt attended today and carried out a full inspection of the inverter and the panels, he was punctual, friendly and thorough. He reassured us that everything was in order and provided us with paperwork detailing the checks he has carried out and informed us that we would not need another service for 5 years. We thoroughly recommend this company for anybody wanting installation or maintenance of solar panels from a trusted and reliable company.

From start to finish NPES were professional, polite and kept us updated during the process. In addition communication was effective and timely. Excellent service all round!

Fantastic company that delivered exactly what was needed for a solar installation. I had used another company on a previous premises which was good this this NPES solar were more superior.

Would recommend, and we opted for ground mounted panels as the property is listed in a conservation area.

NPES installed our solar panel system in April 2025. It has taken me some time to get to know the system and how to work it efficiently. During this period I have contacted Jon and Gary on numerous occasions to ask those questions which I was probably instructed on at the time of installation. The NPES team have been exceptionally patient and professional in answering my queries; Thank You. I would highly recommend you use this company if you are contemplating a solar panel system. Cheers Chris F

The solar panel output had dropped significantly, for no apparent reason and with no fault indicated. NPES quickly sent an engineer, who diagnosed a problem with the inverter. They liaised with the supplier and obtained and fitted a new inverter within days - working fine now. Very professional, polite - now my 'go-to' solar engineers. Highly recommended!

Well recommended company.

Very punctual and i live over 2 hrs away from their base, professional neat installation , nothing too much trouble , good bunch of lads , very happy customer.... would recommend no problem .

Communication is paramount in any transaction. Especially when your 12,000km apart.
NPES responded to emails promptly, and answered my questions clearly.
The install guys were polite, answered my questions, and left the place devoid of garbage. Arrived promptly and started work immediately.
Complete respect for my property.
On completion Matt clearly explained the system and apps.
Jon the owner asked if they were one of the cheaper quotes, I laughed and said no, most expensive.
You certainly get quality from this company.

NPES installed a PV array, inverter and battery system for us. The quality of their work and attention to detail was excellent on what was an awkward install (3 strings on 3 different roofs). Their advice was honest and never 'pushy'. Infact they advised us against certain aspects of our installation even though it will have made them money. I never like spending money, but if you want a professional install with great support and advice, it's worth paying a bit extra. We would not hesitate to recommend this company or indeed use them in the future for any extentions to our Solar generation plant.

From start to finish the whole team at NPES have been fantastic.

Starting from being exceedingly patient looking into, and pricing, a number of different solutions at quotation stage - which became more complicated based on DNO limitations - and answering the inevitable follow on questions, providing advice that made me feel confident in the finalised solution selected. At all points very happy to listen to our requirements/aims. I was impressed at the flexibility of product ranges that NPES would consider/investigate.

Installation was booked promptly following quote acceptance. The in house installation team were very thorough, tidy and methodical as well as friendly & polite. Very happy and confident in the quality of the install.

Given the complexities of the install there were a couple of (to be expected) queries or niggles to be sorted out on commissioning. These were handled promptly and professionally to get the system running as intended.

It's just a shame that the summer weather seems to have disappeared - but already seeing promising performance from the system.

I contacted this local company after having a quote from a huge UK seller and being concerned by their figures and pricing. The advice they gave me was in stark contrast to the previous company but they took time to walk me through their proposal and answer all of my questions, even sharing with me examples from other houses they had installed systems in. I then took a third quotation which again offered a different proposal. NPES challenged that proposal and suggested I challenge the company. When I did this, the third company admitted they were wrong. This gave me total confidence in NPES. When it came to installation the team were friendly, neat and tidy and happy to answer all of my questions. I have also followed up since installation and they remain available and helpful. In today's world this has been a refreshingly excellent experience!

From start to finish the experience has been at a high level. From the advice of the correct system to fit, to the scaffolding team then to the team fitting the panels and batteries, it was easy it was very good value and I am up in running with Solar..

From start to finish Gary and the team were brilliant, imparted knowledge in a way that wasn't patronising as opposed to other companies I had dealings with, they designed and implemented a solution which was the most cost effective I couldn't recommend them more.

I have used NPES before. SO when I wanted to add to my battery storage they were my first call.
The battery is now fitted and working.
