They came on the same day we called them and kept us posted about the time they would arrive.

The operation was quick, effective and the work area was left reasonable clean and tidy.

Had some more works done by NP trade, Decorated 2 flats for me and I'll be calling them back to do my parent's house.

I reached out to NP Trade and specifically spoke to Neil, he had excellent communication skills to understand what the issue was with our disabled bathroom. NP trade understood that we were desperate and were able to move jobs around to accommodate us ,travelling almost an hour to our venue. After dealings with various dodgy plumbers these guys fixed the job to high quality within an hour. Their rates are extremely reasonable. 5* service from a knowledgeable and friendly plumbing team.

Nilesh came out promptly to have a look at my broken bathroom tap and poor drainage from the sink. He gave me clear advice about what needed to be done. I was pleased with the work carried out, replacing tap at bathroom sink and improving drainage from sink.

We recently used NP Trade for a leak in the kitchen. They were excellent. Fast, efficient and sorted everything out with pictures for the record. Also helped sort out our boiler breakdown during end of last year. Would not hesitate to recommend Nils and Pete. They are very capable from plumbing, heating/boilers to all other jobs. Great team.
