Horrible for restaurants and they willâŠ
Horrible for restaurants and they will use your store to advertise there business on the pos screen. Not user friendly and way overpriced. They won't return my equipment, charged me monthly fee when I canceled, and originally signed me up for a processor that ended up canceling my account after NRS made me pay for the equipment. Then had to wait months the for a new processor. Didn't technically use the system for the first 6 months while getting charged and again now won't return my equipment. My sales rep never returns messages and overall the customer service is horrible. They claim 24hr tech support but after hours is a call center that takes your name and number down. Stay away and triple check everything.
