Amazing experience! Quick responses to emails and extremely quick shipping! Wish I knew about them sooner for my other household tile projects

An absolute perfect transaction in all aspects. So many things can go wrong when buying on the Internet, but I’m happy to say nothing did on this order. Everything was outstanding. The price was right, the communication and follow up was excellent, and my order shipped the same day !! I then received it in just three days at a delivery price that was cheaper than mailing a book.

It's refreshing to know that there are still companies that care about their customers. Clint was incredibly helpful and responded in a timely manner to my questions and concerns.

I first found NST while comparing prices online for a Happy Floors tile. They had the best price by almost a whole dollar and shipping straight to our house was super reasonable. Honestly, I felt a little skeptical at first but I called and spoke to Clint, who was super helpful and gave a positive impression. We placed our order Monday night and by Thursday morning our tile was delivered! We also received updates as the order was processed and again with tracking info. It was a super smooth transaction and would definitely order again for any other flooring needs.
