I purchased an annual subscription for nTask Premium (3 users) in February 2026, and despite the payment being successfully processed, I never received access to the premium features.

It has now been almost two months, and I have made multiple attempts to contact their support team through all available channels, including email, support forms, and social media. Unfortunately, I have not received any response whatsoever.

This situation is extremely frustrating, as I paid for a service that was not delivered and have been unable to get any assistance.

At this point, I am left with no option but to pursue a formal dispute through my credit card provider.

I strongly advise potential users to be cautious, especially regarding billing and support responsiveness.

I have contacted you 2 times regarding the deletion of my personal data which is required by law. This contact has been attempted through your website contact form and the last attempt was August 7th. You have not answered. If you do not respond to this review and resolve the matter shortly, I will proceed to report you via the authorities for data protection in Sweden.

It is the simplest, most user-friendly, and user-rich project management application I have found. The pricing beats the competition by a margin with all the features you will find in a top PM app.

I run a non-profit providing food and shelter to Veterans in need. We are a 100% volunteer run organization/business. We were looking for a program to make it easier for our volunteers to communicate with each other. After three months we finally stopped using NTask. It was not as customizable as it was sold to us. Whenever it glitched they said that they were still developing the platform. After a couple of very poor attempts from their "support team" to make this platform fit our needs nothing had changed, and our volunteers quit using it. To make things worse they automatically withdrew another $700.00 from our bank account to renew a subscription which we didn't ask for or want. I was told that if I read their FAQ, I would have known that they were going to automatically withdraw the funds without consent. They have refused to issue a refund on that basis. If they are willing to steal from a non-profit caring for our Veterans, I would think twice if I were you

i have been using nTask manager for a few months now. before this, i was using another PM tool which was costly and not that easy to work with. with features like tracking, gantt chart, and integrations with other apps, its great to see nTask come with such a low price

nTask is the best when it comes to all things project management. The tool simplifies all things project management and gives my team a single platform with everything in one place.
The interface is simple and user-friendly and made my team's onboarding a breeze.

The application is a masterpiece when it comes to Task management, Time-Tracking and Risk Management of all of the different risks and scope creeps that haunt most projects nowadays.

Amazing app integration by ntask. Made working with my employees become really easy and effective. assigning them tasks made much easier.
