Fast delivery and no issus with the package. There is one thing you can improve, the price of the shipping to Canada ($99 US + tx). Thank's a lot.

Dear Michael
The payment has been refunded immediately after we confirmed the part is not available. We told what happened, the truth, rather than making stories. We were waiting couple of days due to the weekend confirmation from you on the splines condition, and at the time we got confirmation new hire at the warehouse made a silly mistake not checking the part was paid for.
We did apologise for the issue.
If that is worth a 1 star review, well, we take it.

part was delivered in timely manner
part was delivered in timely manner, only complaint is it could have been packaged better the box was deformed and the unit did have one scar on a o-ring face, this was due to poor packaging and abuse during transport.
