Fast delivery, well packaged, all arrived perfectly. I only buy 18650 and larger LiOn batterys from suppliers who sell the real thing, unlike the gamble on Amazon or eBay. I'll be using these guys... もっと見る

Hi Alan, certan chargers we sell do not include a USB wall adapter to save cost and E-waste. The product listing details "Supplied with a USB C lead, you can use any 2.1A+ USB wall adapter or the Xtar QC3.0 fast charger to achieve the maximum charge rate."

Fast delivery of genuine cells at a great price. I needed some decent 18650 cells to repair a vacuum cleaner, so ignored the cr@p that is sold on certain selling platforms and got some genuine parts with proper specs from Nubattery.

Hi Simon, Flashlights usually require a Protected Button Top 18650, you ordered a Flat Top Unprotected 18650. If you'd like to email us we can facilitate an exchange for a suitable product.

Recently ordered from Nu Battery. One of the plastic cases was broken during shipping and the protective cover on the cell was ever so slightly damaged (can cause a fire risk in some applications). These things happen.
I emailed Nu with a couple of photos, within 5 minutes they'd replied saying that they were sending a replacement cell and a new protective cover which I can easily fit myself.
Excellent service tested when things went wrong!
