Honest technician. He gave me options and didn’t try and up sell. Reasonable prices, less than going to a brick and mortor shop.

Was fortunate to come across Walker w/ NuBrakes while searching for a mod for my 911 Carrera. They are very responsive and efficient on scheduling and discussing options. Mike arrived on time and took care of the replacements (rotors, pads, sensors, etc). Will definitely give them a call for similar repairs/upgrades on our other vehicles.

The process was worry-free. Matt took down my location and car information and scheduled the appoint. Derek arrived and diagnosed my brake issues, called me with the results and repaired my brakes with an hour, right there in my office parking lot. Professional, fast, and reliable at a GREAT PRICE!

The customer service was excellent! Fast response time and very informative. I called the big main shops for quotes and Nubrakes beat their prices by a land slide! The fact they come to you makes it such a relief to not worry about driving with bad brakes. The technician was great at explaining not just the problem but how things work. I heard about NuBrakes on the radio and when we needed to get brake repairs they were top of mind - mostly for the convenience factor and not having to wait/waste time at a shop. I had gotten a quote already so when we got an oil change and had the brakes inspected, confirming what needed to be done, we knew it’d be cheaper through NuBrakes. The first time we just got the front repaired. It was quick and easy and just as advertised. When we needed to get the rear pads done, it was a no brainer that who we’d use. Awesome service, so quick and easy. No inconvenience as they came to our home and we continued about our day. I will definitely use them again.
