I placed an order for 1 single package to test it for myself on 12/14/23. But by time my order was placed I had been charged for 4 packets. Big difference between $20 and $60. I noticed their accept and decline buttons are deceptively sized. The accept is very large, the decline is very small and extremely close to the accept. I didn't get to view my charges before accepting them. I called to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was told everything was good. But it wasn't. I received the package, returned it the very same day, now they want me to pay to return it even though they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Obviously I wasn't happy with being overcharged. I think their practices are extremely deceitful. Now I wouldn't accept anything from them, even if it was free.

Veel is er mis!! Artikelen vandaag ontvangen die ik niet heb besteld. Echt schandalig!! Er zit ook geen formulier bij om het te retouneren.
Zwaar teleurgesteld in Nuubu.
Ik zal dan ook nooit meer iets bestellen. Had detox patch besteld €22 inclusief verzendkosten. Voegen ze artikelen bij die ik niet eens wil of heb besteld. Rekening €105. Echt geen woorden voor.

If I could give these scumbags a minus 5, I would. I ordered the product twice. Tried it. Not sure what it does. Then they started shipping ‘automatically’ and charging my card. I’ve emailed them several times to STOP and they just ignore the request. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? These people should lose their license to conduct business anywhere!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU DO, YOU BETTER CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD RIGHT AFTER.

I ordered 3 packs, and they offered a fourth for no further shipping cost, which was probably not going to be any different anyway. Then I got an email telling me I had ordered 3 packs plus 4 more packs! I immediately sent a threatening message if they don't fix it, but it's already too late for any kind of good review because there is no reward for fixing a scam in order to avoid an FTC or FCC investigation!

I ordered one item for $17.00, ended up being charged $143 with no answer to request for refund. Thieves!

I ordered the first product and then got an email about the Lavendar footpads. I went to the page to look at the product and realized I was automatically charged wth an order of the Lavendar footpads. I immediately called Nuubu customer service to cancel the order. They said they would send a message to the order department to cancel the order. Again this is within 5min of the erroneous order. I got an email the next day saying it was too late to cancel the order. I can return the order for refund less the shipping costs (return). I plan to ship back my original order also. I will not do business with a company like this. My CC company has also been notified.

I wanted to place an order. I was directed to my Paypal and said this how I would like to pay. Directed back to Nuubu. I got a 4 or 5 screen ads for other products. Had to scroll all the way down each time and say NO, I finally got so mad I just left the website. The next morning I found they billed me even though I NEVER APPROVED THE PURCHASE. I did NOT click "place order", "order" etc. I spent 2 hours on hold trying to get someone and they said it had already been in the "sort" area. I told them it was ILLEGAL. I did not authorize it and they said sorry. I asked for a supervisor and was put on a list to talk to one. I called Paypal about this ILLEGAL charge and found they had also put me on automatic payment for this product. WTH? I have never seen anything like this. They are located in Lithuania and don't understand this is ILLEGAL IN THE US. Paypal said this company has many reports against it also.

I have foot problems and the ad seemed positive. I ordered 3 packages.
I used one of the foot pads the first night. Got up the
next morning feeling strange, groggy, Had difficulty working and getting through the day because I was just simply sick.
I have requested a return/refund. They do respond but the return contact needed to return the product never happens. Ive probably contacted them at least 3 times or more.
Apparently this is just another creative scam to those
looking for help.
I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Schlecht deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiter, die nicht wußten, ob wir das, bei uns nicht wirksame Fußpflaster oder irgendwelches Bettengedöns gekauft haben.
Wir haben nicht unsere Einwilligung zur tel. Kontaktaufnahme gegeben.
Da das Unternehmen in Litauen sitzt, kann man leider nicht rechtlich dagegen vorgehen.

Ik ben uit het bestelmenu gegaan omdat er steeds meer pleisters bijkwamen. Vervolgens ontving ik 2 rekeningen en zijn er pleisters thuis bezorgd.
Omdat ik van het gedoe af wilde zijn 68 euro overgemaakt. Nu krijg ik bericht dat er weer een bestelling aankomt terwijl ik helemaal niet op jullie site ben geweest.
De pleisters werken trouwens helemaal niet. Het is één groot bedrog. Agressieve verkooptechniek. Het zou jullie sieren als hier een passende oplossing voor komt!

I bought 15 patches and their sales person called me shortly after saying that 30 patches were so much better for me as a course - I told her that I could not afford these really and she said she would call me when I had done 30 days and if I was not satisfied I could have a refund - I used all 30 days and they are as black on day 1 as day 30 - they have marked my sheets with something that has dripped from them overnight, and worst of all I have not slept better and have had no positive effects at all - if anything my feet felt at times that the circulation was impacted and cold so I took them off a few nights. I was told to use the entire 30 days - and now customer service will only accept a refund for unopened and unused packs of 5. All in all a TOTALLY MISLEADING SCAM - don't waste your money.

I was ordering an incense burner and after going through the payment process with paypal I had to go through several more things that they offered, all of which were refused. Next thing I know, I'm getting another email about my second order, not even the detox patches! Try to cancel right away,even get a phone call telling me my refund has already been issued. Paypal denied my request for refund because there is no record of cancellation, I received 4 jars of mud for my face today!!

If I could write a negative number I would. I ordered this product was supposed to get 10 patches for $14. They billed me for 60 I never received the patches and they charged me a restocking fee. BEWARE

Ontvangen pakketjes met een rekening van klarna. Retourneren blijkt onmogelijk… standaard antwoorden worden verstuurd. Nav van deze review werd mij wederom gevraagd (4e x) gegevens op te sturen. Anders zou m’n review off line gaan? Wie pakt deze boeven aan? Hoe pak ik dit verder aan?

The pads don't stick to my feet during the night. Therefore no toxins are being drawn out. Not real happy about this. And this happened with a previous package I purchased.

I gave Nubu a very bad review and I am here to retract it as it was done in haste.The company has gone out of their way to make sure I will get my full refund and I am very grateful.

Al eerder review geschreven, uuteibdelijk retourlabel gejregen naar lithouwen wat mij 18,50 heeft gekost. Dat heb ik bij hun geclaimed dus wordt vervolgd.

I ordered the footpads with klarna, but it never arrived. So i filed a dispute and they put the payment on hold. I’m already waiting 40-50 days… Today i got a message saying i said i refusee taking the order at my door? Which never happend?!!! And that nubuu said they never received the package back?!!!!!! YOOOOOO WHATTTT?! Now i need to pay for something i never received or refused?! Please fix it wow

toujours pas résolution a mon problème commande retournée depuis le 15 janvier sur site demandé et toujours pas remboursement-
cette société n est pas sérieuse et ne donne pas satisfaction à ses clients, c'est une arnaque !

die Bestellabläufe sind in Ordnung. Auf meine Stornieerung wurde nicht reagiert, weil es nicht ankam.
Vorteil ist bei Nubuu englisch zu können. Die Retoure nach Villnius klappte und wurde auch bestättigt.
Jetzt soll ich die Transportgebühren für die Lieferung nur noch bezahlen, warum weiss ich nicht.
ich darf diese Fuss Detox Sohlen nicht anwenden (Arzt verneinte) Vielleicht kann Nubuu sich dazu durchringen mir die 4,95 zu erlassen, ich hatte auch die Retourekosten bezahlt.
