If I could give them a zero I definitely would!! I have reached out numerous times ordered July 26th and still nothing!!! No response to my emails & no product!! Don't waste your time or money because they will take both from you!!

Ordered on July 18th. Never shipped can’t request refund, no response to emails and now website can’t be found, guess I’m just out 50 bucks

Places an order over a month ago. I received email about tariffs, blah, blah, blah and have not heard anything else. I do believe we were all scammed and something needs done. However, now I can’t even find my order number. Everything is gone but the tariff email.

Ordered on Sept 5th, express delivery. Got an email about delays due to tariffs, and nothing since, despite numerous emails. I can’t even get the website with my order to load, keeps getting denied connection.

Order was placed August 5 - went to shipping status August 12 - It is now Sept 22 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER.

Despite reaching out MANY times, these people do not respond - now their website isn't even working.. Best I get from them is "it is in Shipping"... Wondering now if its ever going to turn up.

I was scammed too. I ordered 2 of these for my bf 8 weeks ago!!! I emailed them a month ago and they said due to popular demand there is a slight shipping delay..I demanded my money back or my product be sent immediately but I got neither..$50 down the drain.. from now on I'm only buying things on Amazon or physically from a store..

It's been over 6 weeks. They took my money and I havent seen a single product. I think enough of us get together we could form a lawsuit against them. When i ask for a refund i get no response in the emails. When i ask about ahipping uodates i get no response in my emails. I see nothing but bad reviews. Literally screwed me out of 70 bucks. Some low life garbage to say the least.

Ordered Aug 28th… still nothing. And now I can’t even log in on the site. Definitely a scam!!

Scam Alert.
I placed an order 49 days ago. Their website states:
"12. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 3-7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it ships."

Emailed company 3 times and no response. Buyer beware.

I placed an order July 16th and have yet to ever receive the item. Sent numerous emails just to receive responses stating well we're looking into it. They had no clue of when it was placed then when I sent them confirmation of my order it is continually well we'll get it out to you. I finally have requested numerous times to cancel this order and have yet to get my refund and just get a run around. This company is a scam and a joke

They stole my money! Ordered from them, gave them 3 weeks to send my product before getting upset. Then, saw that it still said processing on my order. I have contacted their company multiple times, written them emails and nothing back. They told me that they’d help me the first time I contacted them, now almost 8 weeks later… NOTHING! Yes, I’ve contacted multiple times in between the two. Extremely disappointed! $50 they stole from me! Ordered in JULY 10th… STILL NOTHING!

Dont buy. I placed an order July 7th and its been saying its on the way since July 14th with express 2-3 day shipping. It is now September 2. When I email they wont give be a refund because "its in the final stages of processing" but they wont give me info on when it will be here. Assuming ive been scammed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND REFUSE TO ISSUE A REFUND AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS OF MY TWO ORDERS NOT SHIPPING!

I ordered July 22 and paid through Shop Pay. I never received the product, even after reaching out to the company. I was told it was processing and would be shipped out in the second batch.

I’ve been waiting for my order for almost a month.

SCAM! Placed my order 7/13 with 3-4 day priority shipping and have yet to receive it. Contacted customer service multiple times and have been told my order is "in process" and I won't be getting a refund. I explained I will be filing a dispute with my CC company and the "customer service" team couldn’t be bothered. All I've been told is thanks for my patience but I'm not getting my money back and they are "checking" on my order. Complete SCAM! Stay away and keep your money.

Never received order and they will not respond to my refund request. Has been 30 days

It's a scam 😒 don't order from this company I order july 2nd today is August 26 I emailed still nothing....I reported this company too

Ordered mine over 3 months ago. No updates they won’t give me a refund keep asking for my tracking code said because it “shipped” they can’t refund it and now my tracking number is no where to be found. They keep making up excuses. I believe this is a scam. Do not buy it!!!! Report them and get your money back!

I got scammed placed the order weeks ago.. nothing got delivered! Poor company refused to reply to my emails
