Probably one of the best companies I've had the pleasure to deal with. There customer support was a bit iffy with Yayzi when I did have an issue once. This has been massively improved and Nufiber is amazing and they go above and beyond to help . I've not had a single issue with them and 0 downtime. My only correspondence was in regards to upgrading my firmware and network.

i recently joined nufibre as i wanted a different broadband for gaming, i had issues today getting connected and chris called me and has spent the better part of an hour on the phone with me getting me conneted and making sure everything is working fine, which i appreciate so much, you can tell they care about their customersand the service they give.

NuFibre Is The Best Broadband Service and company ive ever had Little to no Downtimes Speeds always Great and fast. I honestly Cant fault them.

I cant wait till they offer higher speeds of 5Gigs Im on the 2.3Gig plan No issues at all there routers are amazing Firmware amazing no faults.

If you want a Company who care about there Customers Nufibre is the one .

Set ups have always quick and efficient, customer service is amazing, the team often go out of their way to support when needed.

I've been with NuFibre since the start of their journey after leaving the bigger conpanies due to poor sercice. I've always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. Like any new business, there have been a few bumps in the road, but these have always been dealt with swiftly and efficiently, which is the main reason I've stayed with them. Add to this the competitive pricing and brilliant new Genexis router and you have a winning package.

I am retired now and signed up for nufibre online, which I found quite straightforward.

When the equipment arrived, Chris helped me get everything plugged in and working. He was very patient, friendly and explained things clearly, which I really appreciated.

The broadband has been reliable and I am very pleased with the service. It is reassuring to know there is someone helpful to speak to when needed.
