Absolute total garbage. Do not buy at all. Doesn't work at all infact gets you more slower than you were. Fatigue and less activeness comes right after your dose is done. Its addicting, FDA has not certified it and its not certified by any respected medicine approving authorities. Its Absolutely garbage product. And their customer service is even worst.

Don't buy directly from Nugenix! I decided to try a "FREE BOTTLE offer", just pay shipping. They sent me 3 bottles, one Total T and two bottles of a couple of their other products, which I didn't want. On the same day they charged me $6.35 for shipping and $31.79, for what I don't know. Then less than a month later they charged me $59.34, again with no explanation and I didn't receive any other products.
I tried callin their CS#, but after twice being over 20 minutes on hold I decided to send an email to CS. I received a response email to my email, which was the standard gobbledygook plug in response, with no explanation if the charges, or resolution of my complaint.
The one bottle that I did try for about a week gave me bad stomach pains. I then tried going two days off if the pill and my stomach pains went away. Then I tried the two days off and one day on routine s couple times, and again the same stomach pains each time I took them. I explained all of this about the stomach pains and requested an explanation of the charges, but they gave me the same copy and paste reply.
This company is crooked and unethical, as far as I'm concerned and doesn't give a rip about "Customer Service".
Free offer, is anything but free!

I had ordered a free sample of Total-T along with Testosterone Multivitamin.
I called their phone Number and it says wait for representative, who will be with you shortly.
No representative comes on the phone.
I called their number several times with waiting periods of 25 minutes to 90 minutes with same phone message to wait for representative.
I also sent emails to the company with NO RESPONSE.
And then they charged me on my credit card for a Subscription which I did not Subscribed

Unauthorized Subscription and Unauthorized charges on Credit card and Bogus Customer service:
I had ordered a free sample of Total-T along with Testosterone Multivitamin. That was alright.

I ordered free trial and they did not send product out to me for 3 weeks. When I received the product and tried I had a blood pressure spike 1st time using it. I immediately called and cancelled. Then same day I was billed 75.98 for the free trial. I called customer service to dispute and they said product can not be refunded after 18 days from the order being placed. Then when I tried to explain the situation the representative hung up on me.
I called back a second time and this time I had to wait several minutes for a representative to take my call unlike my first call. When the representative answered this time I explained how I was hung up on by a prior representative and did not appreciate it. The representative explained that it was him and he did not hang up that his system had shutdown. Then he explained this time how I can return the product for a refund. When I tried again to explain that their free trial advertisement was misleading because the customer is unable to even try the product before they are billed the representative hung up on me a second time .
In ny opinion this is clearly a business strategy to have people think they are getting free trial when they are not. Clearly false advertisement!
If someone uses the product and can not return they are forced to pay for the product because the trial period runs out the day that they receive the product and unless they do not use the product at all like myself they will not have an opportunity for a refund. I now will now have to go through the aggravation of returning the product by mail and wait to see if and when I am refunded. I warn anyone considering the free trial to beware of this scam that Nugenix is implementing.

You need to have a 0 on your star scale: Nugenixs made our friends hair fall out in clumps, which were totally bald spots. When he immediately stopped taking the Nugenixs, his hair came back in clumps of white.
This sound either like Horse meds or vitamins, which made my hair fall out in clumps nearly 20 years ago from a Walmart shampoo, which was pulled from the shelves.
BE CAREFUL OF NUGENIXS (and find out of Doug Flutie really take it...since Frank is already bald.)

Completely a waste of money. I got the free samples tried it and complete garbage. Cancelled my order before I was charged again but apparently it was already shipped so got charged anyway. So now I have to wait for the crap to show up and return it to get refunded. Anyone who says this works is getting paid by the company.

Doug Flutie and Frank what's his name should be embarrassed to be such front and center spokespeople for this quackery called Nugenix. Straight garbage with almost no added benefits to your health, no more than eating a healthy diet would do. I bet neither of them have ever even used the product. Embarrassing and shameful to say the least.

This is a scam
Like so many others are saying about this company. This is a scam. They charge you subscriptions in the guise a free samples. Stay away from these people.
They will not refund your money even if you send back the product.
Don't understand how they think this a sustainable method to run a business.

It's the same old bait and charge scam used by so many online sellers. Free trial offer followed by an automatic payment that you may not have authorized. It's just common now and Congress should do a better job of regulating these companies. The charging info should be front and center and in bold type to let the purchaser know what he/she is getting into! I'll never use their product again - overpriced!!! Contact phone number is busy so keep trying and best wishes for that!!

I haven’t even tried this product but I already know this don’t do jack ****. I’m 24 and I don’t gotta worry about this now but honestly, to all you older men- just get real test from your doctor. Aka, steroids. I hope a lot of the honest good vulnerable men are reading this so they don’t have to fall for this stuff.

I think most people are looking for some type of product they can trust with the conditions they’re looking to improve, this is also an area that is very easily scammed . Customer service is critical. But must realize this product is sold by a lot of different resellers. I spoke today to DL Adaptive Health, spoke to Arthur, from Customer Service. In under 10 minutes he was able to threaten me, lecture me, speak to me very poorly, very unprofessional. In the end he laid down impossible conditions for return/refund. Don’t believe the ads that say how cheerfully they will refund if your unhappy with it. Not this product or this company.
P.S.of ya, the product did not work.

Same happened to me in the UK. An unauthorised payment was taken from my account. I have had to cancel my cards due to this scam.

Their free trial doesn't cancel. It requires a chargeback. Thier support line goes nowhere.

Nothing but a whole bunch of scammers! Nobody should go tru these. Nugenix well tack u money an well not give u a refund. and the product doesn't work at all
