Dave arrived on time to fit new boiler. He was efficient, friendly, patient and very helpful explaining how to use the Hive Wi-Fi system. Everything now running smoothly. We’ve used this company for a few years now and always been happy with the service we’ve received.

Hope your plumbing is better than your driving ( RO21 BJZ ) it’s not clever jumping red lights in the middle of York

We were introduced to Alan by our kitchen fitter. He came and installed our new radiator, sinks and taps. We would definitely recommend him for his efficiency and smile.

Chris Frank's kindly took my call and arranged for his colleague Alan to come to fix my Worcester boiler. Alan was on time, helpful, friendly and efficient..he fixed the problem within an hour on a job someone else couldn't fix. Would recommend and use Nunthorpe again.

I had received Chris Franks (Nunthorpe Services) details from a contact. When he visited my flat, he was quite arrogant and aggressive from the outset. He strolled in wearing a black jacket, with collar upturned carrying a bulky diary which conveyed his manner of being the big “I am”.

I advised him the issue concerned lack of water pressure. He proceeded to cover the cold sink tap in the bathroom which squirted water about the bathroom and agreed that there was an issue with the water pressure. He then conducted the same water pressure test in the kitchen with the same result!

As he returned to the living area I watched him scan the room for I have quality furniture; I didn’t feel at all comfortable.

Within a few minutes he left ... phew.

I phoned him a few nights later; he immediately interrupted me saying I should contact another plumber and provided me with a name. I queried it with him for I hadn’t heard of the other plumber business at which point Chris Franks said "I'm just not interested in the job" in a most aggressive manner and then hung up.

Chris Franks of Nunthorpe Services has an aggressive manner; I would never recommend him to anyone. In fact, I have actually told friends to avoid him having explained my experience.
