Please don't use this agency for your Umrah. It's despicable that they're runnin an Umrah travel agency and blatantly showcasing such disnhonesty.

I used their services to help submit an application for an Umrah Visa which they said they could, before I signed up with them. They stopped communicating once I transferred £325 and I would get the same response that the application is still pending. I received no evidence of an application being made despite me asking every day on the phone since they don't reply to your messages. A day before my flights, I was told that I should travel regardless as I'll be eligible for a visa on arrival. I asked them to refund the visa fees then. The agent, Haroon said I'll get a partial refund and then they stopped replying or answering my calls. I'd be told that my "dedicated agent" isn't in just yet and they'll give me a call as soon as they're able.

I have not received a refund yet. I do understand visa application decisions lie with the Saudi Gov but the lack of communication and no refund being given out despite mentioning to do makes this agency a fraudulent company.

I am genuinely grateful for their service and would highly recommend Nure Haram Travel to anyone planning Umrah. It was a spiritually fulfilling and hassle-free experience that I will always remember.

Nur e haram Travel - Avoid this company at all costs.
My father booked an Umrah package with Nur e Haram Travel and paid £4,650 in full. No e-tickets were ever issued, despite constant chasing over a two-week period. Due to their complete lack of delivery and communication, we were forced to cancel and request a refund.
We were promised the refund within 14 days — this deadline passed with no payment and no accountability. Since then, we have been ignored and passed around between staff, including individuals named Haroon and Numaan, with no resolution. We are now still waiting on the so-called “general manager” Haider to return our money.
This has caused significant stress and disappointment, especially given the religious importance of Umrah. At this stage, we have begun legal action to recover our funds.
Based on our experience, this company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and integrity. I strongly advise others to stay away and not risk their money.

Reliable and Hassle free Umrah Experience
I would like to share my experience with Nur e Haram Travels for my Umrah journey. I booked a complete Umrah package with them, Including flights, Hotels, Visa processing and ground transportation.

Overall, my experience was very good. All the arrangements were managed properly, and i did not face any major issues during the trip. The Hotels in Makkah and Madinah were comfortable and the ziyarah in both cities was also well organised.

Their team was cooperative and helpful throughout the process, All services were provided as committed.

I am satisfied with their services and would recommend Nur e Haram Travels who are planning their Umrah.

Very disappointing Umrah travel experience. All visas were applied for very late, resulting in my father’s visa not being processed in time through normal channels. I had to pay for a visa on arrival due to their failure. My own visa was an e-waiver without medical insurance, despite the package stating medical cover was included. During my stay in Madinah I became unwell and had to pay hospital costs myself as I was told I was not covered. My repeated requests for reimbursement were ignored.

My return flight was changed from Madinah to Jeddah without my consent, and promised transport from Madinah to Makkah was not provided, so I had to arrange and pay for my own train. The ziyarah service also did not take place as the driver did not show up. Overall, key parts of the package were not delivered and communication was poor. I would advise caution before booking.
Be careful before booking with them. They’re not even based in uk and I realised this after I had to suffer all this. The whole family in involved and scamming people.

I decided to perform Umrah with my parents using my own income, and after thorough research, I chose Nure Haram Travel.

Their arrangements, guidance, and overall coordination were very smooth throughout the journey. Everything in Makkah and Madinah was well managed, allowing us to focus fully on our prayers without any stress.

Our experience with Nur-e-Haram Travel for Umrah in Ramadan 2016 was truly memorable. I traveled with four of my friends, and everything was managed very smoothly from start to finish. The hotel arrangements were comfortable and close to Haram, which made our "IBADAT" much easier during the busy Ramadan days.

I booked my Umrah trip with Nurse Haram Travel and went with my mom, and it turned out to be a really smooth experience. Everything from visa processing to accommodation was handled properly. Traveling with my mother felt comfortable and stress-free.

Be careful using this travel company to purchase an umrah package and avoid this company at all costs. They provided me a promotional package for umrah trip and after payment of a 40 per cent initial instalment and a month later they argued they could not provide the original promotional package and proceeded to offer a more expensive and inferior umrah package which I refused to accept. I am still waiting for my refund weeks later. The directors of the entity which owns this travel company both live abroad. The representatives of this company Badr Sohail and Haroon Yousaf made representations which they have never honoured or fulfilled. In addition when you question why there are negative reviews on Trustpilot, they make up excuses. For payment, they will agree to accept credit card payments but when time for payment arrives they request bank transfer and they make up excuses why they cannot take credit card payments which is a red flag. Anyone having issues with this travel company should also raise their complaint with Trading standards and Atol. I would also question whether some of the 5 star reviews of this travel company are really genuine.

This is the worse umrah service I have seen. They change all your package after paying them their office address is wrong if you want a good service please don't use them. They let you go to the airport even though they know the flight has been cancelled.They don't care about the customers.

Alhamdulillah had a very smooth and helpful experience. Brother Hamid guided me through the booking process and everything went very well Alhamdulillah. He was quick to answer questions and ease any of our concerns and kept in touch throughout out Umrah journey when we needed him. Highly Recommend

I had the worst experience with this agency and strongly advise others to avoid them. They advertised an inclusive Umrah package covering visa application, flights, and accommodation. After taking my payment, they went ahead and booked flights and a hotel without ever starting the visa process. Days before my scheduled departure, they suddenly told me to apply for the visa myself. At that stage it was too late, as the processing time meant I could not possibly obtain a visa before my flight.
When I asked them to fix the situation either by applying for a premium/priority visa service, rescheduling the flights and accommodation, or cancelling the bookings they refused to help. They claimed the bookings were non-refundable, yet had never disclosed any booking conditions before confirming them. In fact, when I requested cancellation, they themselves had to contact the airline to ask about conditions, which shows their lack of transparency and professionalism. To this day, they have still not informed me about the hotel booking conditions.
I was also unable to reschedule or make any changes to my ticket because they withheld the airline’s booking access. The airline sends a code directly to the booking email, which they never shared with me, and when I requested it, they failed to provide it. I even tried to arrange a physical appointment with them at their office, which they promised over the phone, but they never gave me one.
Communication has been poor throughout, and their neglect and mismanagement caused me financial loss, frustration, and disappointment, and ruined my holiday and intended Umrah.

We were very satisfied with the service Badar Sohail from Nur-e-Haram provided. He was excellent at responding to all our inquiries and requests, and helpful at all times. Working together with us he set out a clear itinerary and provided guidance on what would work well within the timeframe we had.
We would definitely recommend this agent. There is always room for improvement, and all I would like to suggest is to respond to emails or messages slightly quicker.
Badar's knowledge and guidance about our destination, visas, insurance, and safety advisories was excellent.
We definitely received good value for money.
We had an issue with the hotel on arrival; I contacted Badar about it and, between him and another colleague, they effectively coordinated with the hotel management to resolve the issue. Badar and the team at this Agency work together with honesty, integrity and transparency. I would definitely recommend and reuse in future.
