I sought help for an Adult ADHD assessment with Nurovia, from the initial query to the assesment my experiance has been a great one. I was able to book in an appointment that suited me in a timly manner.

I found the whole process to be fairly easy and straightforward but also found contacting the team to answer and queries easy to do.

The lead up to the assesment I was able to fill out any forms etc and submit them easily.

Assement day I had an appointment with Jo, I found her to be warm, proffesional and personable. I felt like I was given plenty of space and oppertunity to talk and to ask questions. I didnt feel rushed and i felt that Jo truely cared and wanted to understand my persepctive and my situation.

Since the assement I have reacived good follow up communication, and also plenty of advice and support. The report is detailed and thorough and compleated with care and attention.

I would wholeheartedly reccomend Nurovia to anyone who is thinking of exploring an assesment.

An extremely professional service, from start to finish & I can’t recommend Nurovia highly enough if you’re looking for an ADHD assessment. Jo was absolutely incredible at every stage; from initial contact, to the online assessment, and nothing was too much trouble. She was so understanding to my daughter’s needs & was able to put her at ease throughout the whole process, with her kind, calm manner. Jo explained everything clearly & gave my daughter time to answer the questions, without feeling rushed. This helped my daughter to relax & feel less anxious, which made it much less overwhelming for her.

My experience with Nurovia has been excellent. Jo, who carried out my assessment, is an outstanding assessor. She explained the process clearly at every stage, including how to complete the forms and what to expect on the day of the assessment.

The assessment itself lasted around two and a half hours, during which Jo gave her full attention throughout. She listened carefully, always seemed to know the right thing to say to make me feel at ease, while also providing thoughtful feedback informed by her considerable knowledge and expertise.

At the end of the assessment, I was given clear feedback about whether I met the threshold for an ADHD diagnosis, which was incredibly helpful.Nurovia also offers a follow-up session to discuss the results in more detail and, where relevant, next steps.

If you are looking to undertake an ADHD assessment, I would highly recommend Nurovia as they provide a service that is extremely professional, informative, and genuinely supportive.

I wanted an assessment for my son sooner rather than later, as he’ll be moving up to secondary school in September. The NHS option would have taken far too long, and right to choose is not currently taking on children. Luckily, we stumbled across Nurovia, and my 10 year old son was assessed last week for ADHD.
Jo was absolutely amazing. She spoke so beautifully to my son, who really took to her. My son felt he was able to be himself throughout the assessment. Using a combination of online questionnaires filled out by myself and school, an online ADHD game/test, and a video meeting, Jo was able to make a thorough diagnosis.
We chose to have my son with us during the call to discuss our results. I’m very glad we did, as Jo was able to explain everything to him in a way that he understood and that he was happy with.
I highly recommend Jo and Nurovia. They are efficient and kept me informed throughout.
