Strongy recommend Nurseplus and the carers who give excellent service in what must be very demanding and difficult circumstances,well done all of you.

We have regular support for our son who has severe autism and severe learning disabilities and the team of support assistants take him out in the community. They are absolutely brilliant and he is very happy and enjoys every minute !!!

At this stage of mum's care, nurseplus have been spot on, supporting mum and the family.

Weekend carers, due to their lack of training and knowledge, caused damage to my skin setting me back in my recovery by an unimaginable amount.
The company attitude that I should have to put up with it is unacceptable.

Excellent standard of Live-In care provided, supported by knowledgeable, responsive and caring office staff. Very professional and highly recommended.

I have worked for Nurse plus since November 2020. I love working for them they are brilliant from the Manager to the office staff.
The clients are lovely and we care for them like we would a family member and want the best for them. We are passionate about the care we provide our clients and this is endorsed by Nurse Plus. We are always supported
by the Manager and office staff , easily accessible to contact or go and see them. Our pay is weekly and paid every Friday. I have regular weekly shifts which is what I wanted. If its possible they always try and accommodate both clients and staff needs. Alround a great company to work for xx

I have worked with NursePlus Homecare for around 3 years and have loved every minute! Office staff are lovely, and are always do their best to fit in with staff availability and are always there to give a supportive ear to team members. In short, office staff, carers and clients are all lovely and I see myself working with them for a long time to come.

I have only been working with Nurseplus for couple months. I have worked in the care industry for 13 years and hands on heart I can say that this is the best care company I have worked with. The clients we have are just such a joy to work with and the staff are just extremely brilliant in what they do and the change they make in the clients day to day living is beautiful to see. The office staff are so so supportive and you can go to them with any thing and they are just so caring and such lovely people. They are massively accommodating and treat everyone with such respect. I work with Nurseplus Colchester alongside my permanent role with the NHS. Office staff, clients and case managers are all really lovely and the level of care shown is outstanding. I am now on maternity leave and cannot wait to return to this great team. I wouldn't dream of going to any other agency.

I have worked for a few years with nurse plus. I have never had a problem with them. I really enjoy working for them and they’re very understanding I have a little girl and work my shifts round my childcare. We only had nurse plus, Folkestone for a short time. however we appreciate what they did in that time. The carers were very respectful and helpful and shown reg dignity. They have very good knowledge and we are pleased they came .

I have worked for Nurse Plus, Dover branch, for a couple of years now and can honestly say it is by far the best care company I have worked for. They don’t just look after their services users well but their staff too. There is nothing our manager, N.southgate wouldn’t do for us, she gives above and beyond to make sure we are always working to the best of our abilities. Great support for my grandfather the carers from dover branch who cared for him were great as were the office staff. All very professional when dealing with them which reassured us when leaving him in there capable hands.

I Recently had a night carer called Josephine to assist with my Dad. She was absolutely brilliant, such a calm, caring lady who was respectful of my Dad and our home. I trusted her 100%. In fact I wanted to keep her forever as my Dad liked her too.
Prior to Josephine I dealt with Tracey Fisher, she spent time with my Dad in hospital getting to know him and his needs and came to the house to see if she could help in anyway possible for both my Dad and Josephine. She also answered lots of questions that I had and totally put me at ease. Thank you so much, I recommend and you will be my go too when I need support in the future.

I have worked for NursePlus care at home Maidstone branch for many years now. I have always felt supported there the care-coordinators Kim Varney and Tracy Fisher are always at the end of the phone if I need any help or support. I don’t feel under any pressure, I work the hours that I wish to work. The mandatory training is very useful to refresh and to train on any new legislations that might have renewed or changed. There are many free training courses that can be done whilst working with NursePlus and you can work towards NVQs too. I have built so many rewarding relationships with my services users that look forward to my visits and the care they receive.
