Honestly speaking, I was nervous at first, but they amazed me with their attention to detail. I got exactly what I wanted. Amazingg service!

Kevin, a support representative, was very unprofessional during the live chat. I highly recommend avoiding using their service, as it appears they have taken a turn for the worse. If they are this rude without reason, I wouldn't trust them with submitting a paper written by them. Imagine how they would behave if you dared give any feedback about their paper or request revisions. Also note that despite pretending they are from the US and using MSN/DNP-prepared writers, this is an absolute lie. They are not US-based, and they are not using MSN & DNP-prepared writers.

Customer service was disgusting. A coupon they sent me did not work and when I was asking about it, they were so nasty, I couldn't believe it. The rep in the chat was using upper case (yelling) and told me to stop begging! I thought it was a joke. I tried to report it to customer service and they hung up. I wish I could upload the screenshot I took. Go elsewhere. PLEASE. They are way more expensive in comparison to other companies anyway. They scam sending coupons that don't work bc they want you to pay full price.
