Nicola Conneely was assigned to us as our project manager and she was phenomenal - always on the ball, gave straight forward advice and ensured we were live well ahead of when we expected and other providers told us was possible. We are far from technically minded and Nicola was able to explain to us what everything meant and talk us through the process step by step. Just did an onboarding session with Michelle Beard from Nurtur. Was impressed in how well she 'got' our brand. Pulled everything through from our online presence both in colour, tone, imagery and what we stand for.

The session was clear, broken into bite sized elements and future sessions already booked in, Speed of service is what I need and I certainly got that. The automation this system brings is amazing
