I feel very privileged to have had Esther as my therapist. She is very experienced and talented in several different areas, and adjusted my treatment to suit me and my needs. I felt very safe and comfortable in her presence, and completed the course of treatment feeling immeasurably better in the most significant way. I am so grateful.

Working with Esther has been life changing for me, and for my family. Being kindly, calmly and professionally guided through trauma therapy I have a new lighter approach to parenting. Esther's empathy and diligence are inspiring. If you're struggling post trauma I strongly recommend seeking her out.

I found the sessions with Esther to be very helpful. She is supportive and caring but not afraid to challenge you where needed. The sessions where much needed at a difficult time and she helped me process and move past some long standing emotional blocks related to a family bereavement.

I recently had the pleasure of having counselling sessions with Esther Slattery.
This lady not only helped me in every aspect of my life but gave me sense of peacefulness that I have been searching for for years.

Esther helped me reflect on my clinical practice and develop my skills as a therapist. She provided valuable guidance and created a constructive, supportive and safe environment in which I could openly address challenges I came across in my practice. I would highly recommend her as a supervisor, life coach and mentor.

With Esther's life coaching sessions I have learned new things which have made my quality of life much better than it was when we first started the life coaching sessions.  Without explaining  my personal issues, (who wants to hear about them anyway!) the exercises and areas covered by my life coach have opened up my eyes and mind in approaching the areas which needed improvement and better management.   Her valuable guidance continues to support me on a daily basis.

I have been practicing Yoga for 6 years with Nurture-Hub both face to face and online classes. I have found Esther to be an excellent Yoga teacher. Her classes are also very calming as she brings elements of mindfulness into her classes. She is very aware of the capabilities of the class and makes necessary adjustments to prevent injury.
